Capability: For more than ten years of existence, Al Aman is now one of the leading
contractors in Saudi Arabia for diverse works in Engineering and Energy Sectors.
Contracts have been executed on turnkey design and construct basis for clients with
highest technical standards. That includes Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Saudi
Aramco, government and private firms.
Al Aman performed contracts for Saudi Electricity Company in the Saudi Arabia.
Projects have been carried out both as prime contractor and subcontractor.
Over the years, Al Aman has developed a successful working relationship with most
major manufacturers in this industry. From USA and Europe, this includes: ABB,
Schneider, Merlin Gerin, etc.
As an advantage, Al Aman has an organization with expertise in all aspects of this
specialty field of contracting. Division managers and their staffs have many years of
experience in directing complex projects within strict cost and schedule constraints.
The organization includes a strong engineering department with experts in civil,
electrical and mechanical design - all as related to high-voltage electric projects. The
Bentley Computer Aided Design and Drafting system is now used in all design
activity as it conforms to SEC, Saudi Aramco and other client’s requirements. This
department has survey crews to secure initial data from the site and to layout the
work prior to execution.
The engineering and procurement departments collaborate in the purchase of
equipment and material for projects whether from domestic or international
manufacturers. The engineering department also has a project control section that is
responsible for schedule and cost control. Planning and scheduling is formalized
through use of Primavera Project Planner.
The Civil Construction Division performs all site-civil and structural work. For
substations, this includes site preparation and building work. For cabling contracts,
this includes trench excavation, cable installation, backfilling, overhead lines and
reinstatement work.
The High-Voltage Cables Division performs all cable jointing and terminating for
power cables as well as fiber optic or copper wire telecommunication cables. Testing
and commissioning of cable systems is a regular part of the work. This division is
also capable of installing high-voltage equipment along with relay and control wiring.
The Substation Equipment Division is specialized in the design, purchase and
installation of substation equipment. Testing and commissioning of equipment,
together with control wiring, is generally carried out in collaboration with respective
equipment manufacturers.
The HSE department is capable and equipped with safety facilities and implementing
rules for minimizing accident and damage of properties through continues training,
development, analysis and the provision of personal protective equipment and safety
tools needed in risk reduction management.

We strive to create interior design composed of comfortable, inspiring spaces that
complement their surrounding and invigorate the human senses. Whether we are
working within the constraints of an existing structure or have the freedom to fully
integrate an interior environment with a brand new structure, we develop quality
interiors based on the human experience and a strategy based on innovation and
efficiency.
We take a holistic approach to planning, incorporating visionary thinking from several
different disciplines. The goals of our process are to address the economic and social
issues that shape communities; sustain a healthy, natural environment; determine how
planning may affect the urban fabric in the long term; create solid communities and
neighborhoods based on factors that impact quality of life; and create financially
satisfactory result.30
