LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE NOTES
(1) This map is intended to supplement the specifications for landscape maintenance and certain otherwork. In the event of conflicts, the specifications govern.
(2) The delineation of landscape maintenance and stormwater system maintenance areas is approximate.(3) Vegetation within areas designated as stormwater system maintenance areas (SWSMA) will be cut
one time per month during the months of February, April, June, July, August, September, October andDecember.
(4) Vegetation located on the littoral selves of Lakes 5, 7, 8, 17,22, 26, 28, 43, 48, 49, 52, 53, 54 and 57 willbe removed and disposed of one time per year provided the water level recedes sufficient to permit itsremoval (see specifications).
(5) Freeze protection for plant beds is specified for: (a) River Club Blvd. at SR 70, (b) River Club Blvd. atLakewood Ranch Blvd. and (c) along median on Fountain Grass La. (see specifications).
(6) The Oakbrooke and Southwood Communities have separate contracts for the maintenance of certainareas that are not shown on this map.
