Mayerhofer makes St. John’s dean’s list Tim Mayerhofer, son of Dave and Linda Mayerhofer of Jordan, has earned a spot on the St. John’s University dean’s list for the 2010 spring semester Mayerhofer is a senior biol- ogy major at the university. To be included on the dean’s list, students must have a se- mester grade-point average of at least 3.80. Krueger graduates from Bethel University Stephen Krueger, the son of Brent Krueger and Jill Weis- ser of Jordan, earned a degree in youth ministry from Bethel University. Krueger graduated on May 22 along with more than 800 students who graduated in four commencement ceremonies held on the Bethel University campus that day. Class of ’70 meets at beer tent during Heimatfest A few members of the Jor- dan High School class of 1970 have been talking and thought it would be nice to get together for just an informal reunion. They’ll be meeting 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11, at the beer tent (they’ll be wearing “Class of ’70” badges) during the an- nual Heimatfest held at Lagoon Park in Jordan. All classmates and spouses or partners are invited to join them. Some are planning to at- tend the parade at 11 a.m. (meet by the log cabin near the inter- section of Water and Varner streets) and then head up to the park for some lunch. Lagoon Park is located at 300 Park Drive in Jordan.

Mayerhofer makes St. John’s

of Jordan, has earned a spot on the St. John’s University dean’s list for the 2010 spring semester

Mayerhofer is a senior biol-ogy major at the university.

To be included on the dean’s list, students must have a se-mester grade-point average of at least 3.80.

Krueger graduates from

of Brent Krueger and Jill Weis-

ser of Jordan, earned a degree in youth ministry from Bethel University.

Krueger graduated on May 22 along with more than 800 students who graduated in four commencement ceremonies held on the Bethel University campus that day.

Class of ’70 meets at beer

tent during Heimatfest

A few members of the Jor-

dan High School class of 1970 have been talking and thought it would be nice to get together for just an informal reunion.

They’ll be meeting 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11, at the beer tent (they’ll be wearing “Class of ’70” badges) during the an-nual Heimatfest held at Lagoon Park in Jordan.

All classmates and spouses or partners are invited to join them. Some are planning to at-tend the parade at 11 a.m. (meet by the log cabin near the inter-section of Water and Varner streets) and then head up to the park for some lunch.

Lagoon Park is located at 300 Park Drive in Jordan.
