We are overwhelmed, over-committed and arelosing sight of the joy of living. We are inundatedby information and starved for skin-to-skinreassurance. We are part of our planet yet thinkwe are above it. How can we best live ourbusy lives so that we can keep going and notburn out or get sick?
And how does the wider culture runroughshod over the wisdom of the body insearch of fame and fortune?
Complex life can be lived fully and with grace if wepay attention to the full range of our experienceand knowing.
