Mission

The Centers mission is to support and facilitate the identification, expansion, and transfer of expert knowledge and best practices in child welfare case practice, direct services, management, finances, policy, and organizational development to child welfare and child protection stakeholders throughout Florida.

Access to WebsiteHow to get registered?

Each CBC, Sheriff (Protective Investigation Unit), and DCF office has a person assigned as the single point of access (SPOA) for registration. If you are interested in becoming a user you must contact the SPOA and make a request. On a regular basis the SPOA will compile a new user list and forward to the Center for input. Within 1 business day of receipt the Center will add new users to the access data base. New users will receive an email Welcoming them for being identified as a user. Welcome email will have case sensitive information for logging in, log-in instructions will be slightly different depending on the user level.
