Leave Only Footprints
Our beaches are beautiful, and keeping them unspoiled is everybody’s job. According to the City of San Diego Municipal Code, it is unlawful to allow a dog to defecate on public property without immediately removing any feces to a proper trash receptacle. Helping to keep our sidewalks, parks, and beaches clean ensures a pleasant visit to Ocean Beach. If you are interested in sponsoring a pick-up-after-your-pet bag dispenser on Newport Avenue, please contact the OBMA office at 619-224-4609. Your business name and logo will be featured on the dispenser, along with a message thanking you for outstanding community stewardship.
Own a piece of history on Newport Avenue with the OB Tile Project!
We are currently accepting orders for Phase 30, which will be installed in Fall 2018. We must meet a quota before initiating the installation. Phase 30 deadline will be October 12, 2018. Please send your order in ASAP!
Here is darling Miss Adi Lily, a native OBcean admiring her new tile. Her parents came in to purchase it before she was born, and were so happy to see it installed this past month!
