MMITM Event Boards

Unable to attend MMITM, you can still support SMCMS by signing up for an event board. Keep scrolling for a full list, including an out of dress code punch card. Send a check and completed sheet in to the SMCMS office to sign up. Builder’s Club Meeting If your child signed up to be part of the Builder’s Club formerly Junior Optimist , our next meeting will be on Wednesday, October 18th from 3:20-4:50. Our project this month is to decorate (paint) pumpkins for a local retirement/nursing home. To help defray expenses, all members are asked to bring their own pumpkin to paint and to donate for this project. Volunteer Opportunity

St. Margaret Mary is looking for student volunteers to help with their Halloween Carnival on October 28. Click here for your child to sign up to work and receive service hours. Hurricane Relief Efforts

We will continue our Hurricane Relief collections at this week’s school Mass and next week’s prayer service. So far we have already collected $726. Our donations will be taken to Green Bay on October 25th when our Student Council officers will represent our school at the annual Diocesan Mass being held that day. Buy Your Tickets Today!

Each SMCS family is assessed a $100 family fundraising fee each year. Your purchase of Zephyrs Gold raffle tickets and Z-NIGHT event admission tickets count toward that obligation. Instead of being charged the fee on your tuition statement, why not make it a fun night out? Sell extra tickets to your friends and family to make these fundraisers even more successful! Zephyrs Gold raffle tickets will entitle the holders to be entered in a drawing every month between November 11 and April 11 for a different fabulous prize each month! Prizes include an upright freezer & The Meat Block gift card, a Toro snowblower, a Scheel’s gift card, and more! Tickets are available now through November 10 for $25.00 each at all SMCS campuses. Z-NIGHT (formerly Jumbo Gumbo) will take place on Saturday, November 11 at Waverly Beach from 6:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Z-NIGHT, a new event concept, promotes unity and fellowship among our entire SMCS community – alumni, school families, parishes and community supporters. With plenty of fun, games, great food and the SMC Athletic Hall of Fame induction, Z-NIGHT will be a festive evening for all--whether current Zephyrs parents or Zephyrs friends. All proceeds will go toward keeping SMCS schools great by contributing to the purchase of curriculum materials, maintaining our facilities and supporting our SMCS students. Admission tickets sold online (smcatholicschools.org/Z-NIGHT), at any SMCS school or the Neenah and Menasha Festival Foods stores. CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT: The school that sells the most Z-NIGHT admission tickets or Zephyrs Gold raffle tickets (proportionate to school enrollment numbers) will receive Dilly Bars for all students and staff! SMCS news

Information night for the middle and high school will take place next Monday, and for the elementary schools on Thursday. Current SMCS families who spread the good news about our schools may win a prize! Read more here. Many flyers of the type that used to be attached to our school newsletter are now available via the links below, or read the full system newsletter.
