Miller Management & Consulting Group is dedicated to the growth and development of individuals and organizations. Practiced in facilitating adult education, the organization’s Principal, Pamela Miller, incorporates over 35 years of private, non-profit, and public sector leadership experience into her human and organizational development work. Formerly the Executive and Institute Director for Continuing Education for Public Officials (CEPO), Pamela has started her own consulting firm and is pleased to be the current Institute Director for the Academy.
■ About the AcademyMiller Management & Consulting Group is proud to partner with the City Clerks Association of California (CCAC) to present the Master Municipal Clerk and Clerk of the Board Academy (MMCA). Formerly offered by CEPO, the Academy is designed and content is created with the more tenured and experienced municipal, county, and special district Clerk in mind. Attendees take responsibility for their own learning experience by choosing the sessions they want to attend. This year we will offer the same high quality Academy that you have come to know and expect.
■ MMCA Refund PolicyThere are no refunds if cancellation is received two (2) weeks prior to the start of the session for which you are registered. Refunds will be provided for cancellations received more than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the session for which you are registered minus a $250 administrative fee. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. There will be a late fee of $50 assessed to any registration received within two (2) weeks of the start of the session.
