Hwy 97 – Carson to Fox Mountain Road Four Lanning
Option 1
1. Maintains full movement signalized intersection2. Protected T- intersection at Toop Road3. McKinnon Road connection to Carson Drive will remain4. Toop intersection will accommodate the eastbound to northbound left turn movement 5. The grade of Carson Drive will be slightly worse than existing conditions6. Businesses on North Broadway will enter and exit directly into the bulbed intersection
Option 1: Retain Signalised Intersection at Carson Drive
Hwy 97 – Carson to Fox Mountain Road Four Lanning
Option 2
1. Relocation of the existing signalized intersection at Carson Drive to Toop Road2. Partial T-intersection at Carson Drive3. Full movement intersection at Toop where approach grades on the highway are flatter4. McKinnon road connection to Carson Drive will remain and be improved5. No pedestrian crossing at Carson6. Impact on residential properties
Option 2: Relocate the Signalized intersection to Toop Road
