This musical instrument is named Harp Kora which was made a few years ago by Dennis Havlenathe. It comes from Africa. Harp-Kora is a double-sided harp that is strung when it is played. There are 10 strings on the right side and 11 on the left side. This Harp-kora is over 31 inches tall. Two handles provide a very solid way of holding for the player, when playing the instrument. The Harp-kora's tone is resonant and beautiful, with good volume as well. The metal strings and wooden sound box give it a bit different sound from harp-like voice. The shape of Kora looks like a traditional sundanese musical instrument, “Kecapi”
