S/he should have computer knowledge in Ms Office & Internet. 02 Accounts Officer (Junior), PTC 1 Upto 35 Years Rs.29,000/- + P.I. The candidate should be minimum Inter CA / Inter ICWA/M.Com./MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in the field of financial management. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with database management programme and commonly used packages like MS Office and experience in the use of accounting packages are required. Strong accounting skills, including consolidation of accounts is required. 03 Deputy Manager - Quality Assurance 30 For MBBS/BDS background upto 65 years and for others upto 35 years. Rs. 30,500/- + P.I. MBBS (from Institutions recognized and approved by Medical Council of India) / BDS (from Institutions recognized and approved by Dental Council of India) / BAMS / BHMS / B.Sc. Nursing. In addition to any of the above qualification, candidate also must have Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (2 years duration) in Hospital Administration / Health Management from a reputed Institution. S/he must have 2 years’ post qualification experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration. Knowledge in MS Office & Internet is essential. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH / ISO 9001:2008 / Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen would be preferred. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage. 04 Assistant Manager - GKS 18 Upto 35 Years Rs.22,900/- + P.I. 05 District Consultant, NTCP

5 Upto 40 years

Rs. 28,300 + P.I.

Post Graduate degree in Public Health or Social Sciences or Management from a recognized Institution/University with 50% marks. Experience - At least 2 years of post qualification exposure/work experience in the health sector.

06 Data Manager, NVBDCP 1 Upto 35

Years Rs. 28,300/- + P.I.

S/he should be a B.E / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science / Electronics) or M.Sc. In Computer Science / IT / MCA from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in data management. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity in commonly used MS Office and Database are required.

07 Social Worker, NTCP 4 Upto 35

years Rs. 13,800 + P.I.

Post Graduate degree or Graduate degree in Sociology / Social Work from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 50% marks. Experience - 1 year of post qualification field experience.

08 Psychologist / Counselor, NTCP

5 Upto 35 years

Rs. 13,800 + P.I.

Post Graduate degree or Graduate degree in Psychology / Social Work from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 50% marks. Experience - 1 year of post qualification field experience.

09 Consultant Vector Control, NVBDCP

1 Upto 40 Years

Rs. 44,000/- + P.I.

Post Graduate in Zoology / Life Sciences. Life Sciences candidate must have Zoology as one of the subjects at Graduate level. Specialization in Entomology is desirable. Candidates should have 3 years of post qualification experience of implementing vector control strategies.

10 Consultant, Pre Service – Nursing Cell

1 Upto 65 Years

Rs. 50,300/- + P.I.

B.Sc. Nursing – Midwifery with 10 years of post qualification experience / M.Sc. Nursing with 5 years of post qualification experience in teaching from a recognized Nursing Institution. Desirable - Good facilitation and coaching skills, Strong communication skills both in English and Odia, proficiency in SBA, Newborn Care and FP and skill in handling MS Office and preparation of programmatic reports.

11 Consultant, Public Health – Nursing Cell

1 Upto 65 Years

Rs. 50,300/- + P.I.

B.Sc. (Nursing) with Diploma or Degree in Public Health / Nursing Administration / Public Health Nursing. OR G.N.M. with Diploma or Degree in Public Health / Nursing Administration / Public Health Nursing. Experience - Minimum 7 years of post qualification work experience in the Health Sector. Previous work experience in project management, proficiency in using MS Office are desirable.

12 Consultant, Clinical Nursing – Nursing Cell

1 Upto 65 Years

Rs. 50,300/- + P.I.

B.sc. (Nursing) with specialization in clinical nursing areas with minimum 5 years of post qualification work experience in the clinical setting. Previous work experience in project management and proficiency in using MS Office are required. Candidates having M.Sc. Nursing qualification with minimum 3 years of post qualification work experience in the clinical setting will be preferred.

General information and Instructions: i. The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will

render the candidate disqualified for the position. ii. Details of vacancy, eligibility, age, ToR etc. can be downloaded from the official website

(www.nrhmorissa.gov.in). iii. The applications received for all the posts will be scrutinized and the database will be uploaded in the

above official website for invitation of objection. Candidates are required to visit official website:- www.nrhmorissa.gov.in at regular intervals for any notification, updates (objection invitation / different tests notices), results etc. relating to recruitment.

iv. Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic records, skill test / written test / interview or any such suitable method/s, as applicable. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process.

v. Candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or on contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate from concerned employer.

System Generated Application duly signed by the candidate along with self attested copies of all supportive documents shall however be sent to the “Mission Directorate (NHM), Annex Building of SIH&FW, Nayapalli, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar-751012, District-Khurda (Odisha)” so as to reach us on or before 30.12.2014 (by 5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly name of the post applied for.

vii. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected. viii. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information /

documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information / documents, his / her service shall be terminated from the Society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performances/ misbehavior/ criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply.

ix. This office will not be held responsible for any postal delay. No application will be entertained after dt 30.12.2014 (5.00 P.M.). No personal correspondence / queries will be entertained. All communication will be made through e-mail / official website.

x. The panel for above positions shall also remain valid for similar post / s in other programmes under NHM ambit with same educational qualification and same remuneration, as will be decided by the Society.

xi. Number of vacancies / remuneration as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual engagement.
