●안전대취급시주의사항 / Direction for the handling of saferty belt

1. 용접불꽃이나고온, 고열의물체에접촉되는곳에사용하지마십시오.Don’t use it where it contacts the welding flames or the objects of high-temperature and high heat.

2. 죔줄이나웨빙테잎이날카로운금속등에의해끊어지지않도록주의하십시오.Be careful in order for the lanyard or webbing tape not to be cut by the sharp metal, etc.

3. 한번이라도낙하시사용되어충격을받은경우는외관상결함이없어도사용하지마십시오.Even though there is no defect on the external shape, don’t use it if it has got the shock even a time

4. 작업후추락의위험이없는안전한상태에서만훅연결을해체하십시오.Disjoint the hook only at the safe status where there is no danger of crash after the works,

5. 제조일과사용개시일을확인하고 1년이상을직사광선에노출된경우사용하지마십시오.Check up the manufactured date and the date starting to use. Don’t use it if it has been exposed to the direct rays of

sun for over 1year.

6. 사용전아래점검을실시하여다음과같은이상발견시사용을중지해주십시오.Check out the following before using and stop using it if there is the following abnormality.

-직물이나봉제사, 로프의터짐, 절단, 헤짐Break out, cutting and being torn of webbing, sewing threads or ropes.

-로프의꼬임, 변형및열에노출이나보관상부주의로인한변형Being twisted and transform of rope and the transfrom the expose to the heat or the careless storage

-금속부품의변형, 균열및눈으로식별가능한마모Transform and crack of metal parts and the abrasion which the good ventilation.

7. 합성수지로직조된부분은열, 햇빛이나화학제품(신나, 염산등)에직접노출되지않도록보관하여주십시오.Keep out the parts webbing from the direct expose to heat, sun or chemical product(Thinner or hydrochloric acid, etc.)

8. 세척시중성세제를이용하시고, 통풍이잘되는그늘에서말려주십시오.Use the neutral detergent for washing and dry in the shade with the good ventilation.
