(C) EXHIBITION HALL SPECIFICATIONS AND REGULATIONS 1. Venue Specification

Loading Areas : TWTC Gate No. 15-16, Area A, Zhuang Jing Road, Taipei Gate Sizes : 7.5m (W) X 4.2m(H) Floor Loading Weight : 1,300 kg/m2 Building Height : 6.7 meters

2. Construction Constraints The height of shell booth should not exceed 2.5m, raw space construction should not exceed 4 meters from the floor. Organiser’s prior approval is required for any constructions exceed 4m.

3. Electrical Supplies Basic hall lighting will be provided by the Organiser: Standard electricity supplies are: 110 volt 60 Hz ※ Supplies to stand will be switched off at source 30 minutes after the end of the exhibition

each day. 24-hour supplies can be provided by the Official Contractor by prior arrangement. Such supplies cannot be arranged at short notice and additional payment is necessary.

※ Re-wiring, extension cords, multi-plugs, converters are strictly prohibited. ※ Supplies are for regular use such as laptop, cellular phone charging etc. For high voltage

usage such as boiling kettle, can be applied through official contractor by prior arrangement.

4. Electrical Installation To ensure maximum safety, all electrical installations must be carried out by the Official Contractor except those exhibitors using Form 3C. Exhibitors must indicate the position of their electrical installation on Decoration Form 2 (P.52) for both standard electrical items supplied and any additional order. If the actual power consumption of any Exhibitor exceeds the applied limit, the Organiser will stop power supply to their stands immediately and the Exhibitor will be liable for the damage caused.

5. Empty Crates / Boxes Any goods or packing material left at the corridor may be disposed of without prior notice and extra removal charges will be incurred. Should you require temporary storage, please contact TWTC management team, Mr. Shih Chuan Lu, Tel: (886)2 2725 5200 ext. 2521.

6. Fire Precaution Measures All materials and exhibits are prohibited on the exhibition hall ways. Electricity boxes, hydrants, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, fire detectors, exhaust port and all signs of the hall should never be covered or blocked. A notice will be given for any violations. If no improvement after the notice is given, the Organiser retains the right to immediately remove the entire structure at the exhibitor’s expense. Please be aware of all the fire precautions. If fire is found guilty of the exhibitor, the exhibitor is responsible for all damage caused. The minimum fine of NT$ 100,000 will be levied per case.

7. Smoke-Free Taipei World Trade Center is a non-smoking venue. No smoking will be allowed. According to the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, no person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe in building, or else will be liable to a maximum fine of NT$ 10,000.

8. Loading / Unloading a. Exhibitors may use light trolleys/ dollies to transport hand-carried items, light exhibits or

displays to the exhibition stand(s). However, no trolleys or dollies with metal wheels are allowed.

b. Loading/ Unloading activities shall only be carried out in the freight loading areas (left and right side of the building).

c. Except for loading/ unloading activities, no parking is allowed at the entrances. d. For vehicle routes, please refer to Vehicle Passes section e. The skyview elevator and escalator are for passengers only.

(D) FREIGHT FORWARDING

1. Goods to the fairground Please send to the address below and mark the following information on the boxes:

2. Exhibitors must consign their own exhibits/goods to forwarders. The Organiser will not be responsible for any forwarding matters. Do not assign exhibits to the Organiser or exhibition centre.

3. Arrival of Goods Goods should arrive at the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 on November 19, 2015 noon, not earlier or later. Please make personnel arrangement at your booth when goods arrive. The Organiser will not take responsibility for any loss of or damage to unattended goods.

4. Vehicle Pass a. For lorry/ truck entering the loading area must have the authorized VEHICLE PASSES issued

by the Organiser which are required to be displayed on the lorry / truck's windscreen. Each exhibitor is entitled to have 2 vehicle passes that will be sent 2 weeks before the fair to the exhibitor. One for move-in and one for move-out. Each pass is for one vehicle in the specific time period and for single use only. Shall exhibitors have other special arrangements; please contact the Organiser 1 month prior to the exhibition.

b. Please note that VEHICLE PASSES ARE NOT PARKING PERMITS. All lorries/trucks must finish loading/ unloading exhibits and leave the loading area within 30 minutes.

5. Loading Charges

a. In order to speed up the traffic flow in the loading dock, charges will be imposed on all vehicles entering TWTC Hall 1 on move-in day and move-out day. First 40 minutes (Grace period) : Free. After 40 minutes: NT$200 for 10 minutes, NT$500 for 20 minutes, NT$1,000 for

30 minutes overtime. Lost vehicle pass: NT$1,000/per pass.

b. A ticket with clock-in time will be given to vehicle driver upon check-in. Overtime charges will be collected at the exit.

6. If exhibitors employ their own forwarders to transport goods, please complete Exhibition Form D (P. 32)

7. For heavy exhibits, exhibitors are not allowed to use their own mechanical transportation means (such as hoist, crane, forklift, truck, jack lift, trolley ... etc.) to deliver their exhibits into the stand. They have to appoint the forwarders approved by the Organiser to make onward delivery to their stands.

8. Move-out Permit a. At the completion of the Fair, exhibitors must complete and return questionnaires in the

afternoon of the last fair day (November 23, 2015) in order to obtain a move-out permit for departure.

b. The information will be kept confidential and used for statistical purposes. It will not be disclosed to third parties without prior approval of the exhibitors concerned, with the exception of collective figures which may be released without prior consultation.

opened and no exhibit can be removed from the booth before the end of the Fair, except with the special permission from the Organiser. If you need to apply move-out permit before the last fair day, please go to the Organiser’s office and present your ID/ passport and exhibitors' badges. Exhibitors must present the move-out permit to security guards at exit upon every departure.

(E) GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Security & Insurance

a. Exhibitors must have valid and adequate insurance cover against theft, fire, public liability, damage to property, personal injury, third party loss, accidents, natural calamities, acts of God and such other risks normally insured against by exhibitors and/ or as the Organiser may require. Such insurance must cover, inter alia, an Exhibitor's property and its activities (including those of its employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors and sub-licensees) at the Exhibition venue (including the moving in and moving out periods). Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Organiser, each exhibitor should have a valid and adequate insurance cover of no less than NT$ 30,000,000 against public liability. b. The Organiser is not responsible for ensuring that an Exhibitor's property is securely stored or is in safe custody during the Exhibition (including the moving in and moving out periods). The Organiser will not accept any delivery of any property on behalf of any Exhibitor. The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses (including consequential losses), damages, demands, costs, claims, charges or other expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by the Exhibitor or any other person in connection with the Exhibition including, without limitation, any theft, fire, use of the Storage Room Service, defect in the Exhibition Centre howsoever caused, any cancellation or early closure of, or delay in opening or closing of the Exhibition for whatever reason outside the control of the Organiser or any natural calamity or act of God, howsoever arising.

c. Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their own property at all times during the Exhibition (including the moving in and moving out periods). To prevent any loss or damage occurring, exhibitors may hire security guard(s), if necessary, at their own expense.

d. Exhibitors should ensure that all valuable property and exhibits are kept in a locked and secure place at all times including the moving in, moving out and overnight periods. It is exhibitors' own responsibility if exhibitors leave their property at booth unattended overnight. Organiser reserves the right to claim any loss incurred in this event.

e. Exhibitors should ensure that they have adequate staff cover to monitor their property and booths, especially during the lunch-time period.

f. For any special high value Jewellery / Gems, please inform the Organiser beforehand and make appropriate safety arrangement. To install CCTV in their booths, please refer to (B) Exhibition Related Services (p. 41) if necessary.

g. Exhibitors must issue a document, such as an invoice or receipt, to any third party to whom any of their property is either sold or otherwise handed over during the Exhibition.

h. If any Exhibitors suspect that any theft, loss or other untoward event has occurred, they must report the incident to the Organiser and the security guards in the exhibition hall immediately.

i. Details about the Overnight Storage Service during the Exhibition are set out on P.14-15 of this manual and Exhibition Form A (P.27-29).

2. Intellectual Property Rights The Organiser has the right to require exhibitors to remove exhibits which are alleged of violating intellectual property rights. Any exhibitor found guilty of infringement of intellectual property rights shall be banned from participating in all future fairs organized by UBM Asia Ltd.

3. Performance of Music All sound performances, such as making by any means copies of sound recordings; causing sound recordings to be heard in public; and broadcasting sound recordings, used in the fair should have the prior public performance license and permission first. 4. Sound Level/ Amplifier The audio/ audio-visual equipment of the exhibitors must not generate any noise which causes any nuisance or inconvenience to other exhibitors or visitors. The Organiser reserves the right to stop the demonstration immediately if the noise causes any nuisance or inconvenience to other exhibitors or visitors. The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses for such cases. Exhibitors are obligated to monitor the operation of the audio/ audio-visual equipment in their booth by all visitors or employees. The noise level shall not exceed 65 decibels.

5. Stand Cleaning The Organiser will arrange for the general cleaning of the exhibition hall and stands prior to the opening of the exhibition and daily thereafter.

6. Photographing / Video Shooting Unauthorized photo / video shooting and sound recording in the venue are NOT ALLOWED. Commercial photographers representing the appropriate media may wish to photograph your stand or an individual exhibits which you are showing. Exhibitors wishing to restrict photographs for any reason should place a notice to the affected exhibit and are advised to hire own security guard to enforce the restriction.

7. Wireless Internet Access Exhibitors and visitors can make use of wireless internet connectivity on a complimentary basis. However, this service intends for light usage by a considerable amount of users, unstable connection may be resulted occasionally. To ensure smooth connection throughout the fair period for business usage that requires stable connection, please apply ADSL through the organiser. a. No booth shall be left unattended at any time during the opening hours of the Fair. Exhibiting companies' staff has to be present at least 30 minutes before the opening hour and leave the exhibition hall within 60 minutes of the closing time.

b. All exhibitors are responsible for the good conduct of all their staff or agents. Exhibitors and their staff are prohibited from entering other exhibitor's booths unless invited.

c. No business or promotional activity or canvassing for orders can be conducted by any exhibitor and/or his staff outside the allocated booth area. No exhibitors are permitted to distribute any publicity materials, like product catalogues and brochures, souvenirs, etc., outside their own booth area and in public area of the exhibition venue.

d. No advertising signs are permitted out of the boundaries of individual stands or pavilions. The Organiser reserves the right to remove signage or posters that do not comply with this regulation and/or which in the opinion of the Organiser do not conform to the purpose and image of the Fair.

e. No activity which, in the opinion of the Organiser amounts to a nuisance or annoyance to the visitors or other exhibitors shall be conducted by exhibitors within the vicinity of the Fair.

f. Non-exhibitors are strictly forbidden to affect sales or any form of promotional activity in the fairground which will be prejudicial to the interests of exhibitors or of the Fair. Exhibitors are requested to report such activities to the Fair management at once.

g. All precautions must be taken by exhibitors against fire and to protect the public.

h. Each exhibitor is responsible for any damage done to other stands, the Fair's property or to the property of third parties.

i. The site operation time schedule must be strictly adhered to; repairs or alterations by removal or addition of materials must only be carried out outside the opening hours of the fair and with the prior consent of the Organiser.

j. Exhibiting companies' staff or their contractors or their agents must wear the official badges issued by the Organiser or no admittance into the venue will be entertained. The Badges are strictly non- transferable.

k. Exhibitor should welcome all visitors to their booths. Under no circumstance should they act in a discriminatory way or prevent certain visitors from approaching their booths. Exhibitors should not display any discriminatory messages at their booths.

l. The PA system is used by the Organiser for official announcements only. Neither paging service nor Exhibitors' announcements can be made.

m. No multi-plugs or extension cords are allowed to be used.

n. Invoice (GUI) must be issued for any sales made. For each transaction that did not issue invoice, a fine of NT$ 5,000 will be penalized by the Organiser. All exhibitors must follow laws in Taiwan ROC.

9. Typhoon warning Typhoon normally occurs in Taiwan during the months of June to October. Typhoon bulletins and/or land warnings are issued by the Taiwan Observatory 18 hours in advance of the radius of the storm reaching land. Taiwan Observatory uses light, medium, and strong to signify the strength of a Typhoon in the vicinity of Taiwan.

In the event of Typhoon, a decision will be made by the Organiser on whether the Fair will be closed or remains open. If the Fair remains open, or will open, participants can attend at their discretion.

Latest typhoon information and related announcements are broadcast on radio and TV and posted on the Taiwan Observatory website (www.cwb.gov.tw) and on the Dial-a-Weather system (Taiwan telephone: 166).

Overnight storage of valuable exhibits can be arranged through UBM ASIA LTD., TAIWAN BRANCH (the "Organiser"), free of charge, during the exhibition period at the Taipei Convention Center, Hall 1. All property of an exhibitor stored in the Storage Room at any time is stored at that exhibitor's own risk. Each exhibitor is responsible for the safety of its property at all times. Each exhibitor must have, at all times, valid and adequate insurance cover against theft, fire, public liability, damage to property, personal injury, third party loss, accidents, natural calamities, acts of God and such other risks normally insured against by exhibitors and/or as the Organiser may require including, without limitation, use of the Storage Room. To use overnight storage service, please COMPLETE and RETURN the Exhibition Form A (P.27-29) to the Organiser.

※Exhibitors are reminded that only two of their authorized staff with names, passport no., shown on the Form A will be allowed to deposit and withdraw of exhibits. The recent photos are required for making Photo Exhibitors' Badge. Deposit and Withdrawal of exhibits should be handled by the same person.

3. Size : All exhibits should be locked and sealed in a case not larger than 70cm x 60cm x 40cm. Cases must be provided by exhibitors themselves.

4. Cost : Free of charge 5. As the space in the storage room is limited, only valuable exhibits should be stored.

NO PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND FURNITURE are allowed.

6. Only TWO CASES per 9 m2 booth will be allowed. If an exhibitor has more than two cases of valuable items for overnight storage, the exhibitor must ensure that the appropriate storage arrangements of the excess items are made in advance. The Organiser has the right to reject providing this service. ※ If exhibitors require overnight storage before November 19th, please contact the official forwarder (for valuable items) in advance for details.

9. At deposit times, exhibitors are not allowed to queue up in advance without ALL exhibits ready. Otherwise, the Organiser and the security guards reserve the right to refuse admission to the storage room.

any losses (including consequential losses), damages, demands, costs, claims, charges or other expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by any exhibitor or any other person arising in connection with the Exhibition including, without limitation, any theft, fire, flood, earthquake, use of the Overnight Storage Service or defect in the Exhibition Centre howsoever caused. It is recommended that exhibitors have their own security guards to escort their exhibits in and out of the Exhibition Centre during the moving in and moving out periods.

(G) APPOINTING PRIVATE CONTRACTOR

Only exhibitors with raw space booth are permitted to hire contractors to work on site. Exhibitors may appoint any competent local contractor to design and construct their booths. Please ensure that their workers are local workers or have valid working visa/ permits to work in Taiwan. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any contractor and design they deem inappropriate. For exhibitors with Shell Scheme booth that requires any alternation for their booths, please contact the official contractor. 1. Compulsory items & Deposit

2. Construction Drawing a. Exhibitors should submit the details of their contractors and construction drawing to the

official contractor for comment before deadline.

b. All construction drawing must conform to all statutory requirements and those set out in this manual and must include the following: - Plan view, showing clearly all dimensions, walling and fascia name. - Elevation views showing clearly all dimensions, graphics, etc. - Structural calculations/ drawings proving structural stability, weight loadings, etc. - Details of materials and fire protection. The design of booths must be such that they can be safely erected and dismantled and removed within move-in/out time available.

c. No alteration is allowed after the booth design is approved, unless prior written approval is obtained from the Organiser.

d. Exhibitors who opt for RAW SPACE will be given exhibition floor space only. No electricity, carpeting, wall partitions, basic furniture will be provided. They have to design and construct their own booths. Please inform the Official Contractor before September 11, 2015, if any of the above items are required.

e. Exhibitors who opt for SHELL SCHEME BOOTH will be given basic furniture (p.22). All shell booths must be constructed by the official contractor. No additional booth-fitting or display may be attached to the shell booth structure. Otherwise, the exhibitor shall be fully liable for any loss incurred for any case of accidents howsoever arises and need to compensate for the damage incurred if any.

f. The fascia, panel and its fixing structure must not be removed. Therefore, exhibitors who would like to decorate their booth should not alter the Shell booth structure and outlook.

3. Site-Work Deposit a. All private contractors or exhibitors who construct their own booths must pay SITE-WORK

DEPOSIT to the Organiser before September 11, 2015.

b. The site-work deposit for raw space and shell scheme booth is NT $2,800/ US$96 per sqm. Maximum levy of NT$ 200,000 per exhibitor. Contractors or exhibitors can pay the deposit into Organiser’s account directly.

c. The site-work deposit will be refunded 45 days after the end of the fair PROVIDED THAT the clearance of the site by the private contractors, no damage being recorded by the TWTC Hall 1 management, no violation of rules and regulation set by the Organiser and all necessary documents are submitted.

d. Exhibitors who employ official contractor for custom booth design and renovation, only need to submit private contractor form (Form 1a). Site-work deposit is not required.

4. Private Contractor Photo Badge & Vehicle Pass Application a. Organiser will inform private contractor to collect badges and goods vehicle pass after

all compulsory items and deposit have been received and the plans have been approved. Vehicle Pass is for SINGLE USE ONLY.

b. Private contractor must submit photos and ID copies of all its staff and workers to the Organiser for making photo contractor badges. Only HARDCOPY will be accepted, please do not send photos and ID/ copies by email. All workers must be local workers or overseas workers have valid working visa/ permits to work in Taiwan. Please fill in the form 1b (P.48) and return to the Organiser on or before September 30, 2015. No application will be accepted after the deadline. Badge applied on-site costs NT$ 200/ US$ 7 each.

c. Private contractors must wear and display their own badges at all time in the fairground. No admission will be granted to people without badges or not with his/her own badge. Site work deposit will be deducted. Organiser or the security staff reserves the right to refuse admission and forfeit the badge if necessary.

d. Person under the age of 18 is not allowed to enter the exhibition halls. Illegal worker is strictly prohibited.

e. Organiser reserves the right to refuse any admission.

5. Insurance Private contractors are required to take out and maintain public liability insurance in respect of the private contractor’s liability for death or injury to any person, or loss or damage to property arising out of the performance of the Services in a sum not less than NT $ 30,000,000 for any single claim, unlimited in aggregate. In addition, a private contractor shall take out and maintain valid and adequate insurance cover against theft, fire, damage to property, accidents, natural calamities, acts of God and such other risks normally insured against by a reasonable person in the position of the private contractor, or as the Organiser may require, in connection with, inter alia, private contractor’s property (including all equipment, fittings, furniture, materials and other facilities used or provide by the private contractor in the performance of the Services) and the performance of the Services. The insurance no less than NT$ 30,000,000 shall be maintained in force at all times during the move-in period, exhibition period and move-out period. Private contractors shall provide such insurance policy to the Official Contractor on or before September 11, 2015.

6. Site Operation Time Table For RAW SPACE Private Contractors:

**Private contractors should strictly follow the construction and dismantling schedule. All construction material, equipment and waste must be moved-in/ removed within the above schedule. All site work deposit will be deducted if the private contractors fail to comply with the schedule.

7. Move-In/ Move-Out Arrangement a. For security reason, private contractors’ materials and workers can only enter through the

entrance of A loading zone on Zhuang Jing Road.

b. No early move-in is allowed.

c. All private contractors’ construction materials are subject to random check during move-in and move-out.

d. During dismantling period, all materials must be kept within the booth area until the trucks arrive the loading areas.

e. During the move-in and move-out period, anyone admitted to exhibition hall must wear reflective safety vest and helmet.

f. Private contractors should strictly follow the move-in/out schedule. No prior move-in without Organiser’s prior consent is allowed. Otherwise, all workers and construction materials will be required to leave the hall immediately and all site work deposit will be deducted.

g. If exhibitors or their private contractors still not yet dismantle and move out the materials/ waste after 23:00 on 23 November 2015, all site-work deposit will be deducted. If the deposit is not enough to cover the over-time charges, the Organiser reserves the right to charge the contractor for the outstanding balance.

h. If any overtime site work is required on November 18 or 19, please apply to the Organiser before 15:00 on the day. Overtime fee at NT$ 59,000/hr will be charged.

i. During move-out, if grab bucket crane needs to be used, the private contractor should apply

with the organiser before November 10, 2015 and pay the deposit of NTD20,000 ; no grab bucket crane is allowed in zone D.

8. Construction Constraints and Regulations 8.1 Height Limit for Booths

a.

b. All Stands or Temporary Structures exceeding 4 meters in height must be constructed under the supervision of a Registered Structural Engineer or Architect

c. The Organiser, TWTC and the official contractor reserve the right to prohibit all access to the stand and / or to modify or dismantle it. Exhibitor must accept full responsibility for the safety of the stand.

d. Double-deck is not allowed. Organiser’s prior approval is required for structures exceed 4 meters. Height limit is 6 meters. Exhibitors must accept full responsibility for the safety of the structure.

8.2 Booth Construction a. Exhibitors/ Contractors, upon arrival and before commencing booth construction work, are

required to check if the site is set out as per floor plan. Report any errors to the Organiser immediately if discover. If the errors have not been reported, the Organiser will not be liable to it once construction work has been started.

b. For raw space booth, company name, booth number and country of the Exhibitors must be prominently displayed at the booth and faced to aisle. This information must be complied with the information in the application form. Any violation of this rule, the Organiser reserves the right to affix them as consider inappropriate and to charge the cost incurred.

c. In order to be in harmony with the business environment of the fair, all raw space booths shall keep at least 40% of its front, left and right sides open or display exhibits.

d. No part of any structure (including lighting fixture) may extend beyond the boundaries of the booth area.

e. All constructions, including banners, archways, and carpet placing etc. can only proceed within the exact area which stated at the contract between the exhibitors and the Organiser. No special construction and promotional installment exceed their booth area is allowed.

f. All drapes, curtains, fabrics, signs, fascias, decorative materials, night sheets, backdrops, banners, coverings, plastics, skirts, carpet flooring and all other materials used in the construction and decoration of Stands, Temporary Structures, Stages or other Scheduled Exhibition installations or components, must be non-combustible; inherently non-flammable or durably flameproof. The contractor or the exhibitor must make available relevant documentation relating to fire tests, flame tests, fume tests and other similar tests which may be required by the Relevant Legislation and Regulations. For all construction with wooden materials involved, one functional fire extinguisher at a conspicuous spot within booth area is required during the construction period for safety reason.

g. No banners or suspensions are to be made from the ceiling of the exhibition hall. Hanging structures are not allowed. All structures built from ground must be able to stand alone without the absolute use of hanging points

h. Paint spraying, welding and the use of electrical saw are strictly prohibited in the fairground. Any drilling/ nailing to the floor is strictly not allowed. Painting should begin only after the floor is properly covered with PVC cloth or boards.

i. Carpets Installation: Carpets should not be glued directly to the floor. A 10-centimeter wide double glued tape must be used along the edge of the carpet to stick down the carpet. All tapes and the remaining from carpet installation, which are to be disposed of, should be cleaned up. Otherwise, site work deposit will be deducted.

j. Package and construction materials, which are to be disposed of, should be removed each day by exhibitor and not be place in the aisle. Otherwise, site work deposit will be deducted.

k. For the safety of constructors, shall any booth has glass products (including decoration and exhibits), should maintain its completeness and to be brought back by the exhibitor or the private contractor, one shall not shatter the glass by any means. Exhibitors violating these regulations will be fined NT.$ 5,000 by the Organiser.

l. Private contractors have to follow all instructions given by the Organiser and official contractor.

m. All exposed rear surfaces of designs and structures must be decorated unless facing actual walls of the exhibition hall. No cover by fabrics / cloth are allowed. No company sign on the surfaces.

8.3 Exhibitors and private contractors must comply with Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance in construction and dismantling the stands.

a. Make sure the workplace is safe and healthy. For more information, please visit “Taipei City Labour Inspection” website at: www.doli.taipei.gov.tw for occupational safety and health regulations.

b. Appoint authorized person for on-site supervising of installation/ dismantling works. c. Workers are required to wear safety helmet and belts while construction activities are

carried out during move-in and out. d. If the construction/ dismantling work is carried out at 2 metre or more above the ground,

contractors should use high reach equipment, such as, metal scaffolding. e. It is important to ensure the proper usage of ladders. It should not be moved while in use. f. To prevent any work hazards, we encourage you to obey the rules and regulation to ensure

the safety of yours and others. If the above measures have not observed, the Organiser will have the right to stop the relevant construction activity immediately.

8.4 Electricity and lighting installation a. Insulating protective equipment must be worn for any live line operation.

b. Raw space private contractors can apply for power supply using Form 3C. All electrical fitting and wiring (including the lighting brought in and installed by contractors or exhibitors) must be carried out by a qualified electrician with a valid "certificate of registration of electrical worker" and complete the registration with the Organiser in order to start the wiring work.

c. If exhibitors or contractors bring their own spotlights or showcase with built-in spotlight, they should place adequate lighting connection orders with the official contractors.

d. Any illegal electricity wiring or connection (no multi-plug or extension cord is allowed) will be stopped whenever found as it may harm the normal supply of electricity. Deposit will also be deducted.

e. If the actual power consumption of any booth exceeds the applied limit, the Organiser will stop power supply to their booths immediately and the Exhibitor will be liable for the dam- age caused.

f. All electrical works are to be carried out by the official contractor at exhibitors' expense for exhibitors using Form 3B.

g. No neon lights, flashing lights or signs are permitted h. All lighting fixtures should be installed at least 2.2m above ground. If not, they should be

well protected so as not to cause danger to the general public.

i. No lighting fixture or light rays may extend or shine beyond the size of the booth. If the lighting effect affects the booths nearby, the Organiser reserves the right to request the exhibitor to revise immediately.

j. The Organiser reserves all rights on the final decision on any electricity orders or disputes

3. SHELL SCHEME BOOTH

The BASIC FURNITURE for each 9m2 shell scheme booth consists of:

b. Corner booth will be assumed to open two sides with two fascia boards carrying company name and island booths will open three or four sides.

c. Unless requested by the exhibitor, the organiser shall assume that exhibitors occupying 2 or more adjoining standard booths will choose to remove the partitioning panels in between.

d. All shell scheme booths shall be constructed by the official contractor. No additional booth- fitting or display may be attached to the shell booth structure. Otherwise, the exhibitor shall be fully liable for any loss incurred for any case of accidents howsoever arises and need to compensate for the damage incurred if any. The fascia, panel and its fixing structure must not be removed.

e. Height limit of shell scheme booth is 2.5m. No free standing fitment may extend beyond the boundaries of the booth area.

g. Any sticker applied to the shell scheme panels have to be handled by the official contractor. Official Contractor reserves the right to claim the cleaning and damage cost if stickers are applied by the exhibitors.

h. All shell scheme exhibitors can decorate the interior of booth area. All decoration material must be fully removed after the fair.

i. Booth curtain will not be provided. Exhibitors may contact the official contractor for booth curtain.

5. GENERAL REGULATIONS

a. All DECORATION FORMS must be returned before the DEADLINE : September 11 , 2015.

b. Provision of facilities and services not indicated on the forms are subjected to quotation on individual job basis.

c. All items are on rental basis only and exhibitors must maintain its originality. Exhibitors will be reliable for any damage/ loss during the period of rental.

d. For security reason, all showcase doors cannot be removed. The side of the tall showcase that is facing the aisle or next to low showcase will be covered by panel instead of doors.

e. All electrical works are to be carried out by the official contractor except those exhibitors using Form 3C. Exhibitors who would like to order extra spotlights and power points can order these directly from the official contractor by completing and returning the

f. All power sockets are limited to small appliance usage such as laptop, cellphone, small electrical scales, etc.. If exhibitors or private contractors bring their own spotlights/ fluorescent tubes for booth decoration, they must submit all lighting distribution details and pay the lighting connection charges or lighting power socket to the official contractor.

g. NO MULTIPLUGS OR EXTENSION CORD ARE ALLOWED TO BE USED WITHIN THE VENUE.

h. All orders must be accompanied by full remittance made payable to the official contractor. Orders without remittance will not be entertained.

i. Electrical items:

– The location of electrical items will be installed according to the specified LOCATION PLAN (Decoration Form 2, P.52). Any on-site changes requested by the exhibitors will be subjected to surcharges and the availability of time and manpower.

– If no instruction is received on the location of electrical items, the Official Contractor will install them according to the standard shell scheme position. Any on-site changes will be subjected to surcharge.

j. There is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF ITEMS ORDERED ON-SITE.

k. All items are not transferable among exhibitors.

l. A 20% surcharge will be imposed on all late orders and 30% surcharge will be imposed on all orders made after October 1, 2015.

m. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted in writing before the stipulated deadline for placing orders. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge.

n. If any booth which differs from the approved specification or does not conform to the Organiser’s rules and regulations, the Organiser reserves the right to alter or remove without prior notice and at the exhibitor's own expense.

o. The Organiser is released from any liability to the Exhibitor, its employees, agents, representatives and contractors for any loss or damage howsoever arise in relation to the Shell Scheme booth, the booth area or their presence at the fair, including loss or damage to the booth fittings, safe and their personal property of the exhibitor, except to the extent such exclusion is prohibited or limited by law.

1. Each representative of an exhibiting company must wear their own badge issued by the

Organiser as identification at all time within the fairground.

2. All exhibitor badges are strictly non-transferable. Police, security guards and the Organiser’s staff will conduct random identity check in the fairground. The Organiser will refuse entry of any person holding/ using badges of other identity and confiscate the misused badge. To collect the confiscated badges, please go to the Business Center in person and bring along with ID/ Passport. An administration fee of NT$ 200 (US$ 7) will be charged.

3. Exhibitors should NOT disclose the staff names on exhibitor badges and ID/passport numbers to other parties (except the Organiser).

4. Each company is entitled to apply for 5 complimentary exhibitor badges per 9 sqm booth. Please complete Form A and return before deadline. Please photocopy this form if necessary. Badges will be issued at the check-in counters located at the main entrance of the Taipei World Trade Center, Hall 1 on November 19, 2015 from 10:00 to 18:00hrs

5. Exhibitors must bring along the company chop/ name card and ID card when collecting exhibitor badges. Collector must be one of the exhibitor badge applicants. The organiser may keep record of the collectors’ name and ID/ passport number for security reasons.

6. If an exhibitor badge is lost, damaged, forgotten or exhibitor needs extra badge during the fair, he/she should apply for a new badge at on-site Badge Counter IN PERSON. Applicant needs to be accompanied by a colleague who already has a badge. Price of each badge applied ON-SITE is NT$ 200 (US$ 7).

7. Exhibitors must ensure that all information provided is true and correct. Exhibitor badge will not be issued if a l l the in format ion in Form A has not been completed. The information provided should be the same as printed at ID Card/ Passport. Onsite security guards will conduct random identity check. Any person whose name on the badge is different from the name on his ID card / Passport, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse his admission to the exhibition hall.

8. NO ADMISSION for person under the age of 18.

9. No alternation will be accepted after October 20, 2015.

10. All payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. Exhibitors are fully responsible for any misuses or losses of their badges. In case of losses or thefts, please report to the Organiser immediately.

b. Exhibitors confirm and agree that UBM Asia Ltd, Taiwan Branch (including its employees, directors, officers and agents) shall not be liable for any losses (including any consequential losses), damages, costs, claims, charges or other expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by them or any other person in connection with their use of the Overnight Storage Service.

c. Exhibitors note that space in the Storage Room is limited and understand that only valuable property should be placed in that room. They will make their own arrangements for overnight storage of any valuable property which cannot be stored in the Storage Room due to lack of space.

d. Exhibitors have read through Part I, section F in the Exhibitor’s Manual and fully understand the condition of using overnight storage service before submitting Form A.

e. Photo exhibitor Badge applicants are authorized by exhibitors to deposit and withdraw all and any of their property from the Storage Room. A copy of ID/ Passport and photo is attached.

All raw space contractors must submit a suitable Method Statement and Risk Assessment with their stand designs, detailing the processes by which the stand will be built and operated. These statements should be followed by all involved parties on-site to ensure that all necessary steps and precautions are taken. A guide is given below – please either use this template or produce your own suitable form. 3. For Exhibitors who order the above items must have their own licensed electrician for installation and maintenance and register with TWTC. The Official Contractor will not provide any installation and connection service for these items. Total power consumption shall not exceed the current specified. 選用以上電力供應之參展商需自行聘請領有甲級以上執照之電器承裝業,並於世貿中心完成登記之水電廠商。大會承建商

將不會提供安裝及接駁服務予選用以上電力供應之參展商。總耗電量不得超過上述標明之總電量。

4. All electricians working in the exhibition hall must be registered and they must comply with TWTC. The employer of the electrician shall be liable for any damages caused if the electrician fails to comply with above requirement. 所有電工需持合法認可證照。如電工未能符合條例規定,其僱主及參展商須負責賠償因此而引致之一切損失。

5. The license of the electrician must be submitted to the official contractor accompanied with this form. 此表格需連同所聘用之乙級室內配線技術士證照一併交回大會承建商。

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. All items ordered are on rental basis and Exhibitors have to make good of any damage or loss incurred.

2. For security reason, all showcase doors cannot be removed. The side of tall showcase that is facing the aisle or next to low showcase will be covered by panel instead of doors.

3. Exhibitors with very sensitive equipment are advised to bring their own stabilizer to cater for voltage fluctuation.

4. Any complaints regarding rental furniture/ installation must be conveyed to the Official Contractor immediately. Otherwise all items are deemed to have been received in good order.

5. Exhibitors are not permitted to fix their own spotlights or fluorescent lights. Special lighting supplied by exhibitors can be handed over to the official contractor for installation at a nominal price.

6. Exhibitors must order enough electricity supply. In case of overload, the organiser reserves the right of suspending the electricity supply until the problem is fixed.

7. Where it is not otherwise stated, the prices are for the duration for the exhibition. 8. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted in writing before the stipulated deadline for placing

orders. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge. 9. 20% surcharge will be charged for any orders received after September 11. Orders received after

October 1, 2015 or on-site orders (if accepted) are subject to a surcharge of 30% on the basic rates. 10. All orders must be accompanied by FULL PAYMENT. 11. Payment Method (For oversea exhibitors):
