Fantabulous February Fun
Speaking of fun, our Men’s Group is one of our most popular activities. As the name implies, this “guys only” club meets every weekday from 10am to 2pm. Led by Bob Boyer, the group meets in a separate room where the guys can retreat and take part in their own activities or perhaps go on an outing to a car show or the MAPS museum. Check out next month’s newsletter for more info on the Men’s Group!
February’s Celebrity Birthday
• On February 18 I will be 65 years old.
• I started my acting career in the 1970’s, and landed a TV role playing a student in Mr. Kotter’s class.
• My trademark has been my great head of hair.
• In 1977, I was “Stayin’ Alive” by starring in my first successful movie musical.
• The following year, my girl “Sandy” and I were in a movie that still has audiences singing our songs.
• I am an accomplished pilot, and own 5 aircraft, including a Boeing 707. For a wedding gift, I flew Barbara Streisand and James Brolin to St. Thomas, and I flew an entire audience of the Oprah Winfrey Show to Australia.

Have you “liked” our Facebook page? We post pictures and videos of our participants enjoying the activities and entertainment that fills their day. What a joy it is to see them having fun singing, dancing, exercising, and taking part in clubs and outings with their friends – even making viral videos like the “Thriller” Halloween video made by SarahCare of Belden Village.
We post to Facebook each day, so families can see their loved ones engaged and involved in activities, but also so our participants can see themselves in their “starring roles.” We ask that you visit our Facebook pages, like and follow us, and share our content with your family members out of town, then let Mom, Dad, Grandma, or Grandpa know how much you enjoy watching them on the internet. It will make their day!
Despite being the shortest month of the year, February sure has a lot going for it. See if you can find the words that remind us of all the things we celebrate in this cool month.
