Penne, Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

From Genius Kitchen Rated 5 stars by readers Ready in 35 minutes Super Easy – 5 ingredients

1 – 16 oz box penne pasta, cooked 2 jars alfredo sauce 4 cups shredded Mozzarella/Parmesan cheese blend 1 pound frozen cut broccoli, cooked 3-4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces

Spray sides and bottom of a 13x9 baking pan. In a bowl, mix the pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, and half the cheese. Gently stir until blended. Dump into baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.

* This recipe easily cuts in half to feed 1-3 people. Tip – Use rotisserie chicken from your store’s deli.

This Hungarian actor is best remembered for his indelible portrayal of Count Dracula in the 1931 film, but when he made his Broadway debut in 1922, he barely spoke a word of English. To play the role of Fernando in the play The Red Poppy, he met with a tutor and was able to memorize and properly deliver every last line, even though he didn't understand a word of it. He pulled it off and eventually became a horror movie star, and even though he grew to resent the typecasting that followed Dracula, he was eventually buried in the Count’s signature cape.
