SUSTAINABLE AND COST-EFFECTIVE LIFE EXTENSION TO A WIDE RANGE OF OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES
KEEPING DOWNTIME TO A MINIMUMOff-highway vehicles are integral to operations and often safety. Whether a commercial airfield fire truck in need of a pump service or a freight/passenger locomotive in need of maintenance, it’s essential that they have minimal downtime. Our aim is to optimise your vehicles efficiently, ensuring they are up and running as soon as possible.
COVERING A RANGE OF INDUSTRIESWith our trusted supply network, we can provide our range of overhaul, repair, life extension and spare parts for Off-Highway vehicles and locomotives.
Diesel Locomotives/Rail. Supply and service of transmissions, torque converters, control systems and compressors for air start or braking systems; covering a wide range of rail applications. This includes passenger, freight, tamping, track-laying, cable laying and general service locomotives working in various industries such as steelworks, docks and mining.
ARFF Fire Trucks/Fire Suppression Vehicles. We are a UK Ministry of Defence approved ‘In Service Support Provider’ for the maintenance and repair of specialised fire vehicles used for aircraft rescue and firefighting. We offer full bumper to bumper services, including transmissions, drivelines, axles, road train, pump modules, monitors, tanks, chassis maintenance and any equipment for Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) manufacturers and operators. From standard power shift transmissions to complete electric and hybrid drivelines, our systems are in operation around the world.
Grounds Support Equipment. Full overhaul, life extension and transmission repair to ground support vehicles, including conveyor belts, luggage loaders, cargo loaders, mobile passenger steps, aircraft ground power, aircraft pushback and cargo tugs, and diesel and electric cargo tractors. We also offer innovative solutions and services for airport ground support vehicles, such as standard diesel power shift transmissions to environmentally friendly, electric and hybrid drive products.
Off Highway. Transmission supply and maintenance for agricultural tractors, servicing to wood chipping and multi-tree handling equipment, as well as a long history of supporting dump trucks and loading shovels for the quarrying and mining industry.
Utility Vehicles. We keep public services running smoothly with service, maintenance and repair to on highway utility vehicles, such as refuse trucks and road sweepers. Leisure market. Providing hybrid and electric drives for passenger carrying vehicles and compressed air solutions for a variety of theme park and on-campus applications.
AND IT’S NOT JUST VEHICLESAlong with in situ driveline repairs, we are the experts when it comes to driveline design, commissioning, repair and maintenance of components and assemblies not yet installed into vehicles or removed for overhaul. We are able to source the correct components and spare parts from your design or overhaul specifications. Therefore, once you’re ready to add the power to your drive, you’ll be safe in the knowledge your equipment has been serviced by industry specialists.
