On 11/24/12 Scottsbluff PD received information on a hit and run Jeep from Gering heading

to Scottsbluff on Five Rocks road. I located the vehicle as it approached the river

bridge. I turned on the vehicle and initiated a stop in the WTT parking lot. Contact was

subsequently made with Brent Gukeisen. After investigating the incident Brent was

arrested for DUI, refusal chemical test, resisting arrest and no operator’s license.

29th Street and Avenue E. I was advised that there was an unoccupied black Explorer

running in the middle of the street. On arrival to the area, I viewed a black Explorer

driving away from the area. I followed the vehicle for a short distance and observed it

make an improper turn onto Avenue I, turning into the outside lane and not the curb side

lane. A traffic stop was conducted and I had contact with the driver, Dency Rivera. A

records check through dispatch showed that Rivera didn't have any driving privileges in

bike is Pink Princesess bike with white tires and tassels on the handle bar grips. John

I responded to WNCC in reference to a possible narcotics violation. A small amount of

marijuana and a marijuana smoking pipe were located on the WNCC property. The items were

located in the vicinity of two college students that were questioned about the items, but

the items were never observed to be in actual control by either student. The area in

which the items were located is a frequented walkway for campus students. An owner of

the items could not be determined. The items were seized and were logged into evidence at

the Scottsbluff Police Department to be destroyed.

Tracy Dillon reported that on the above date between the hours of 9:30 a.m & 2:15 p.m.

his Schwinn bicycle had been stolen from 1235 4th Avenue. Dillon described his bicycle

as a 1961 Suburban, 10 speed. He stated that it is cooper in color with a new back tire

and old front tire. He stated that the seat had duct tape on and it had large wide

handle bars. The bicycle doesn’t have any known serial numbers or tags. Dillon stated

James Green came to the station to report that he and his son were at the lot where the

flat bed trailer was stowed. This was 29 Nov about noon; They returned on Thu 11/30

between 101-2, and it was gone. He told me the trailer had a lock securing it. The cut

lock was lying near the area that the trailer had been. James Green said it was a

homemade (photocopy of the registration is attached) 16' trailer with a wooden bed. The

frame is black; there is a bend in the right rail. I had James Green fill out a stolen

vehicle report; it was faxed to the Comm Center to enter the trailer, and is also

and 9th Ave. In between the 1500 and 1700 Blks. I then exited my patrol car and walked

towards the alley in the 800 Blk of E. 17th St. When I began to enter the alley I

observed the silhouette of a unidentified person run westbound across the alley towards

8th Ave. I was unable to locate the unidentified person after that. Later, Officer

McPherson was called to the same area during the day for a property found report. See

Dwight Kirkpatrick came to the station to report sometime overnight the cab of his pickup

was entered. Once inside the suspect(s) took a blue in color Juice Leatherman that was

in a black nylon case. There also had been two nylon 50 count CD cases with country &

western music. Dwight Kirkpatrick told me that his truck was locked; however, the day

before he had his dogs on a outing. The front passenger window was down 3-4" for the

dogs. He forgot to close the window. Dwight Kirkpatrick said there were no identifying

characteristics on the CDs.

Steven Miller contacted me; he said he parked his vehicle about 1A.ME. He did not lock

it, and this morning he discovered someone(s) had entered the vehicle. Once inside they

removed the GPS, approximately $100 in assorted bills and coins. He also had an open

package 1 cigarette gone of Marlboro Reds cigarette. He did not know of anyone who would

have entered his truck. he told he believed his roommates had walked all over the area

prior to my arrival, so I could not obtain any footprints.

the mother at the Eastwood Apartments. On the second attempt we learned the family had

moved out. Erin Schumann said she had learned that Jonathan Eagleelk was at school. She

Kristina Cary is a pharmacist at the K-Mart pharmacy. On the second of Dec she received

an envelope addressed to the K-Mart pharmacy Attn: head pharmacist. Inside was a

birthday card with a male genital figure on the front. There also was some writing
