What is Experiential Learning
Experiential Learning is a partnership between UCF,
students and the community which promotes development of student professional, personal and academic skills in an applied learning environment. It
serves cooperative education, internships, service-learning, and research.
What We Offer
Cooperative Education (Co-op) - an academic program that allows students to apply classroom theory in practical work settings and gain personal, academic and work skills over multiple semesters. Co-op at UCF is one of the largest co-op programs in the country and assists more students in more disciplines and colleges than any other university in Florida.
Internships - academic courses that allow students to apply classroom theory in a practical work setting and gain personal, academic and work competencies.
Service-Learning – service-learning courses enable students to take academics out of the classroom and into the community in an effort to promote civic engagement.
