A. Quantity of each isotope to be disposed of in terms ofmicrocuries per day or similar units.
B. Characteristics of the incinerator such as height of thestack, height of and distance to buildings in the sur-rounding area, rated air flow of the incinerator incubic feet per hour, or similar units and expecteddilution factors (if necessary).
C. The method' of measurement of,. or estimation of, theaverage concentration of radioactive material in theeffluent at the point it leaves the-stack. __
