AN ACT TO CONSOLIDATE THE LAW ON THE PROCEDURES FOROBTAINING A GRANT OF REPRESENTATION IN RESPECT OF THE

ESTATE OF A DECEASED PERSON AND FOR THEADMINISTRATION OF A DECEASED PERSON’S PROPERTY AND

FOR OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO
