Geneva International airport is the official airport, situated 45km from the stadium, a 50 minutes

drive.

By train :

The closest stations are La Cure or Morez. Traveling by train is not recommended as it requires

many train changes and a really long traveling time.

Accommodation Accommodation will be arranged exclusively via the OC upon receiving the accommodation

request via the FIS online entry system.

To offer a cosy and friendly experience, the OC proposes the possibility to have all the teams

staying in the same accommodation center, the National Training Center for Nordic Skiing, an

easy 5 minutes drive from the stadium. This is also where the accreditation office will be held.

The price will be 65€/pers/night in full board in double room, with an extra costs of

15€/pers/night for single occupancy.

However, teams looking for a different standard of accommodation can send their request

including detail of services needed for a personalized offer.

The hotel costs have to be paid directly to the OC before departure (payment accepted in Cash,

Credit Cards, Bank Transfer)

In accordance with the anti-terrorism regulations in France, all accommodation booking must

include Name, first name, date of birth and complete postal address of every participant

(athletes, coach and team staff).

All reservations become binding by sending the Entry by Names.

In case of a no-show or reservations not cancelled BEFORE FRIDAY, NOV 30th 2018 the

respective federation will have to pay the hotel’s cancellation fee.

Transportation On request by the teams, the OC will organize transportation free of charge from the

international airport of Geneva to the accommodation. Please, fill and send back the

Transportation form in annex.

Accreditation The accreditation office is located in the accommodation center,

Upon arrival in Prémanon, team captains have to report directly to the accreditation office to

receive accreditations, car & parking passes.

Race office The race office is located within the stadium, in the building at the end of the out-run.

Media center The media center is located in the technical building within the stadium.

All media must register to access the media working areas in the stadium.

Visa procedures Citizens of the European Union and Schengen Zone member countries do not need a visa.

For other countries, please check the France-visas website to know if you need a visa and how to

obtain it : france-visas.gouv.fr/en_US/web/france-visas/

To facilitate your visa request with the French embassies or consulates, please fill in carefully the

Visa form in annex and send it back to the OC.

Teams must ensured to possess all necessary visa for transit through neighbouring countries,

especially for Switzerland if traveling by plane as the official airport (Geneva) is situated in

Switzerland.

Regulations on radio equipment Import, export and operation of radio equipment is regulated by ANFR (Agence Nationale des

Liability, insurance The organizer will not be held liable for accidents and damages including those of third parties. A

proper insurance coverage (health, accident and liability insurance) for each member of national

federation will be taken for granted.

By submitting the entry by names the National Federation confirms that all persons entered are

covered by such insurance.
