Step-1

Logon to Emudhra partner portal by entering your user id and password.

Step :2 : Goto paper less DSC and select Paperless dsc issuance:-

Step: 3 Click Visit page as shown below.

Step 4 : below Screen will appear, go to aadhar paperless offline ekyc and press click here option

Step 5 : AADHAR website page will get displayed, type your AADHAR Number and captcha code as shown below and click Send OTP to get OTP to your registered mobile number linked with Aadhar

Step : 6 Type the OTP and Share Code(4 character numeric no for example. 1234) and click download button to download the xml file

Step : 7 After downloading the xml file in your desktop ,then go to previous page and click Enroll and apply DSC as shown below

Step 8 :- you have to select offline Aadhar XML option and click continue button

Step : 9 upload the xml file which you have downloaded from aadhar site by clicking choose file option and enter share(4 digit numeric 1234) in the Aadhar xml share code and type your mobile and email id and PAN in the given space, if your email id not linked with aadhar card you will get a OTP to your mail id type the OTP in the provided SPACE and click next button.

Step :10 : Enter Certificate details as shown below and type chalange Code(8digit numeric for ex.12345678) and click next button to proceed.

Step 11: create eKYC login by creating userid and PIN in the space as shown below and click next button

Step : 12 : Type the PIN and click send otp to get otp in your registerd mobile and agree the T & C by clicking the space shown below then click esign and submit to do video recording or click skip esign and submit to save the process.

Step: 13 : Application processed message will appear as shown below , u can click continue video recording option to complete video recording process.

Step :14 Click star recording and complete the video verification by answering the questions(oraly) display in the screen as shown below before start recording ensure mic and webcam are working properly in your computer or download Emudhra customer app in playstore or IOS to complete video recording

Question : 1-Answer the question displayed in the screen verbally and click next to answer question 2 and 3 as shown below.

Ensure video is properly recorded by clicking preview button before submit or otherwise click record again option and rerecord the entire video verification process.

Step : 15 : Go to Manage application in the Application menu and approve your ekyc application and complete the process
