Offshore CHEMOX is a part of INDIA TRADE LINKS Group of companies with having An ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Shri B. S. Nayyar and Shri G. S. Nayyar promoted INDIA TRADE LINKS Group in 1989 and the group have flourished ever since. In 2005 India Trade Links Group established its first manufacturing plant in the outskirts of Mumbai at Sirshad (Virar), Tah.-Vasai, Dist.-Thane, Mumbai (Maharashtra) under the name of “Offshore Bitumen”. This plant is successfully providing various high-quality bituminous and other products ever since. Offshore Bitumen is professionally managed company having vast experience in the field of Bitumen products manufacturing with consistent maintaining its strong hold in the competitive market, due to high quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.

In 2013, it has put up a second, state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at A.K.V.N. Borgaon, Sausar, Dist. - Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh) with new name of “Offshore Petrochem Pvt. Ltd.”, which thrives with the manufacturing and marketing of specially formulated Bituminous and Industrial fuel products with having BIS License and ISO 9001:2015 certified company. The Laboratory in our plant is fully equipped with latest testing equipments to test all our products as per current Indian Standards, MoRTH and ASTM standards with highly experienced chemist. In 2017, it has put up its third, state-of-the-art manufacturing unit with new name of “Offshore Petrolubes Pvt. Construction Chemicals are an important component of the chemical industry and are playing an increasingly important role in nation building. The use of Construction Chemical is still negligible in India because of low market awareness. Hence with proper awareness about this sector and their judicious usage of construction chemicals will improves the quality and durability of different structures.

Concrete admixtures are used to improve the properties of concrete under a variety of conditions. Chemical admixtures reduce the cost of construction, modify properties of liquid and hardened concrete and ensure the quality of the finished product.

Admixtures consisting of synthetic raw materials such as polycarboxylates can also be degraded by microbes. Sulfonated naphthalene and formaldehyde containing admixtures show self-preserving properties, but these also need to be protected when combined with other ingredients.

Various types of admixtures are used in concrete to enhance the performance of concrete. Concrete admixture is defined as the material other than the aggregate, water and cement added to the concrete.

Description :This admixture is widely used for increasing the passivation of reinforcement and is widely demanded in construction industry. Corrosion inhibitors are used in concrete for Parking structures, Marine structures, and Bridges where chloride salts are present. Description :One component thixotropic fluid with high solid content. It produces a hydrophobic, extended elastomeric protective coating system with very strong adhesion to most types of substrates and has excellent mechanical, chemical resistance and crack bridging properties.
