TOP SIDE STRUCTURE & MODULESSubC fabricates and installs modules & structures for the offshore wind and oil and gas industry. Our highly skilled welders and metal workers are experienced in building structures.

SubC have a long track record of designing and fabricating offshore structures, lifting appliances, subsea structures, skids and sea fastening structures.

SUBSEA STRUCTURESWe have the experience needed to fabricate subsea equipment with reliable functionality, and facilities to perform full FAT tests before delivery.

SubC provides aluminium solutions from Concept, Engineering, Design and Manufacturing to Installation. We are experts within design and fabrication of aluminium for use in harsh offshore environments.

We have become the preferred partner in aluminium structures for use in the Oil & Gas sector. Our extensivetrack record and experience allows us to identify design choices already made that may add risk to your project and eventually delay your project irrevocably. This makes SubC the safer choice for your aluminium project.

In our efforts to create intelligent designs in aluminium we use 3D modeling, small scale prototyping and our experience in fabrication and installation. We have dedicated welding engineering, QA and HSEQ departmentto ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled.

Our Construction Department has many years of experience designing and manufacturing steel structures for the offshore industry. Our highly skilled welders and metal workers are experienced in building structures to the very highest standards. INCONEL CLADDINGSubC has a significant track record of cladding for customers all over the world. We are considered as one of the preferred partners within this field.

SubC has a specialized knowledge in providing solutions for protection against corrosion and abrasion by using inconel cladding.

SubC is able to provide you with skilled and certified personnel. We have a specialized welding department which can define the optimal solution for your project.

Our welding teams can also supply onsite solutions with onsite machining equipment and all tools specific for your project.

SubC has automated processes for inconel claddingand has the ability to secure an uniform and well-documented process.

SPOOLS/PROCESS EQUIPMENTAt SubC we fabricate and install Process Equipment, Riser Flow Lines, Tie-ins, Spools and more for the offshore Oil & Gas sector as well as the onshore process and refinery sector.

SubC fabricate spools in a wide range of materials according to the highest standards and complex procedures. Our in-house welding engineering department continuously develops and maintains our unrivalled competences within welding and fabrication in various materials such as Titanium, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Cunifer and Carbon Steel.

Our extensive knowledge within welding engineering allows us to develop unique WPS/WPQR for special cases and projects, and we continuously develop our range of Standard Welding Procedures to meet the challenges in the offshore industry.

Our workshop personnel are highly trained and have experience in both offshore and onshore installation.

PRESSURE VESSEL

We offer complete Pressure vessel Design, Engineering and Manufacturing according to various standards.

We mainly design according to Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC (PED). When designing and verifying we offer a full package where SubC handles the complete process of verifying and certifying through the notified body. The delivery is fully documented and verified according to the requirements of the customer and Standards used.

Our typical customers for these projects are Energy companies, process equipment manufacturers and operators both on and offshore.
