1- EPCC1 (HHI - OFP2): HHI Demobilised, Discussions on remaining change orders, Contract Closure

2- EPCC2 (NIGERDOCK – OFD 3 & 5 plus Bridges): Construction of Decks (D3/D5) to continue to be completed by October 2015.

3- EPCI3 (GLOBSTAR – Sealines and Wellhead Decks install.): Early Termination of contractor. Remedial works in 3Q 2015 to be performed by another contractor. Fabrication of Spools on-going. OFD 3/5 topsides installation to bend of Q4 2015. Hook Up completion Q1 2016.

4- EPCI5 (PONTICELLI – Integration works): SOW limited to phase 2a (OFD2 gas lift by Sep-15).

5- EPCC4 (EIFAGGE – Living Quarters), EPCI8 (SAIPEM) and T&I7 (TECHNIP) close out

ISSUES / WAY FORWARD:

Previous Years LS / PS Recommended to TECOM but subject to OPCOM Approval / Follow-up on the sign-off.

2015 Performance recommendation is constraint due to non-approved budget. Performance recommendation is still being

based in 2014 Budget. / Approval of 2015 Initial Budget to have a clear basis in performance recommendations.

NAPIMS recommended CO $219M pending approval from NNPC / Request NAPIMS for follow-up on the approval process.

CO Review meetings to be continued for other EPC’s / TEPNG requests fair and objective assessment of the CORs

CASH CALL – PERFORMANCE – NAPIMS RECOMENDATION FOLLOW UP

ISSUES / WAY FORWARD:

2014 Full Year Performance not yet reviewed as per new directive that Cash Call will be reviewed by various

department within NAPIMS / NAPIMS to advise date and proper channel of reviewing Cash Call.

2015 Performance jointly recommended were not accepted by Planning Division as per the new directive. /
