He was 10-0 with eight shutouts, 141 strikeouts and a 0.00 ERA. DIVISION III COACH OF THE YEAR Jeff Keith, CHCA: He led CHCA to the state final in his first season as Eagles head coach. The Eagles finished 29-3. DIVISION III FIRST TEAM Blake Swanger, CHCA: The senior pitcher was 7-1 with 77 strikeouts and three shutouts in 66 1 /3 innings. He had a 1.37 ERA. Kyle Davis, CHCA: The senior catcher hit .480 with 47 hits, 40 RBI, 10 doubles, six triples and four home runs. He was first-team all-state. Doug Compton, Summit Country Day: The senior pitcher/outfielder hit .500 with 46 hits, 47 runs, 23 RBI, 15 doubles and three home runs. He was first-team all-state. Eric Terry, Summit Country Day: The junior catcher hit .359 with 33 hits, 17 runs, 31 RBI and 15 doubles. Kyle Bowling, Reading: The junior second baseman hit .457 with 43 hits, 23 runs, 27 RBI and 15 stolen bases. Brendan Woodruff, Mariemont: The senior pitcher hit .481 with 39 hits, 22 hits, 15 RBI, six doubles, two home runs and 15 stolen bases. Zach Santoro, Clinton-Massie: The junior hit .523 with 40 RBI. Ryan Collett, Clinton-Massie: The junior pitcher had a 0.92 ERA with 48 strikeouts in 36 innings. He hit .364 with four home runs and 35 RBI. Nick Tipton, Clermont Northeast- ern: The senior pitcher had 51 strikeouts in 47 innings. He hit .373. Kyle Campbell, Blanchester: The senior pitcher/third baseman was 5-2 with 56 strikeouts in 52 1 /3 innings. He hit 3.86 with 28 runs, six doubles and 10 stolen bases. Alex Holderbach, Badin: The ju- nior shortstop hit .489 with 44 hits, 28 runs, 39 RBI and 11 doubles. He was first-team all-state.
