  • UMJCA reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient registration. All programs are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment.

    In such cases, you will receive notification and a full refund. If you withdraw from a program PRIOR to the first session, a refund may be made.

    All payments must be made on Registration Day.

    All programming open to Mashadi Community members only. Absolutely no refunds will be made after the 2nd week.

    Welcome to the Community Program Guide for the Fall 2014 Semester. Our Program Guide offers a wide variety of classes and programs for community members of all ages. We encourage everyone to take a good look and register for all of the classes they like. All classes are limited in space and are available on a first come - first serve basis.

    Science and art come together to create a DIy class that will have your kids excited for more. In this class your kids will learn how to make their own silly putty using a basic science experiment, create a lava bottle while learning about oil and water, as well as many other fun and exciting activities.     this class will allow children to explore their creativity through acting and singing with Jamie Karmely. Students will gain skills in the areas of communication, self confidence, and teamwork in a supportive, positive and fun environment! these are the most crucial years childhood development, so it is important to give them the right amount of confidence. Children will be exposed to a wide variety of artistic tools and techniques that will help them explore their own unique and creative visions. Each week, Jamie will introduce new exercises and projects that help build and develop skills and self esteem. Studying singing and acting can give confidence to children, regardless of their ability, in all areas of their lives. While learning the tools to sing, act, and show self expression, children will build essential life skills and most importantly have fun!

    Each session will be a tutorial and students will have the opportunity to photograph subjects including a model, food photography, abstract objects and more. tricia Messeroux will cover the following:

    Composition - how to frame your subject matter in the most interesting and eye-catching way no More Auto - take the camera off of auto and learn the fundamentals of

    taking an indoor photo. Students will learn how light is captured into the lense and how to manipulate the lighting, color and quality

    Join us on Sundays beginning on December 7th in the Social hall at Ohr Esther for fun and playtime while its cold outside. Pizza is available for $3 per slice. tvs in the back will be tuned to the sports channels so dads can check the scores!
