R. Fr. Khalil Chalfoun Born in 1955 in Beirut. Ordained as a priest in 1991. Holds a doctorate in Theology (ICP) and in Anthropology (Paris IV Sorbonne) in 1986.Director of La Sagesse Technical College from 1991 to 2000. Dean of the Faculty of Ecclesiastical Science at La Sagesse University from 2000 till 2015. Rector of La Sagesse University since September 2015.He has taught at several universities in Lebanon and owns several publications.

Mr. Fouad Makhzoumi is a chemical engineer, industrialist, businessman, editorialist, philanthropist and politician. He is the Chairman of Future Group Holdings (Luxembourg) and Future Pipe Group (Dubai). He is also the Chairman of the National Dialogue Party and the Forum for National Dialogue (Lebanon) and the Founder and Honorary Chairman of the Makhzoumi Foundation (Lebanon). Mr Makhzoumi is also a member of the boards of a number of international institutes and strategy centers, such as the International Board of the Council on Foreign Relations "U.S./Middle East Project”; the Arab Reform Initiative (ARI); and the De Gasperi Foundation. He has set up the “Rami Makhzoumi Chair in Corporate Governance” at the American University of Beirut; yearly awards for “Leadership

and Excellence” at the International College in Beirut and the “Makhzoumi Lebanese Studies Endowment” at the University of Alberta, Canada. Mr. Makhzoumi is a Commander of the Italian Republic Order of Merit and the awardee of a multitude of international trophies and awards. He is a global lecturer in politics and economics.

Prof. Rock-Antoine Mehanna is the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Finance at Sagesse University, a Full Professor of Business & Economic Strategy, and an Economic Strategist. Dean Mehanna has been recently appointed as President of The World Economics Association (Lebanon chapter). He has previously taught at major universities in the United States, where he has received his graduate studies and professional training. Dean Mehanna still lectures at major American, French, and Lebanese universities. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Policy with a concentration in International Business and Economic Strategy (with High Distinction), an MBA in Finance (with Academic Excellence Award), and a B.S. in Business and Economics. Dean Mehanna’s consultancy, research, and teaching experiences are in business and economic strategy, international business development, international trade, economic development, and doing business in the Middle East. Dean Mehanna is the author of ten books and has published about seventy articles in international refereed journals, as well as presided over numerous sessions at international conferences.Dean Mehanna was awarded the 2013/2014 B-School Asian Leadership Award by the World Education Congress and the Asian Confederation of Businesses.

M.P. Mr. Joseph Maalouf has been a MP since 2009. He is a member of the Parliamentary Committees of Energy, Water & Public Works, Foreign A�airs, & IT. He is an active legislator; proposing a myriad of laws & questioning the Executive Authorities on a number of issues. He recently proposed a law on the Prevention of Corruption in Gas & Oil Contracts.Joseph is a founding partner of a Management Consulting firm, helping clients on five continents develop their people & build their organizational capacity. He is as well a renowned speaker on related topics.He has co-founded three NGOs working on citizenship, youth & social service issues.

Mr. Walid Nasr, Board Member of the Lebanese Petroleum Administration and Head of the Strategic Planning Department. Walid held several senior managerial and technical positions with the United Nations agencies in Lebanon and abroad, working closely with Governments public institutions, and international organizations at both the national and international levels. He has wide professional expertise in diverse developmental fields including policy, planning and programming in energy, natural resources management, and sustainable development.

Mrs. Laury Haytayan is an expert in the field of oil and gas governance in the Middle East and North Africa. She runs the parliamentary development and media programs at the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI) in her capacity as the Senior Program O�cer. Ms. Haytayan played a fundamental role in the launch of the "MENA Extractive Industries Knowledge Hub," based in Beirut. Prior to joining NRGI, she was the Executive Director of the "Arab Parliamentarians Against Corruption", where she worked closely with parliamentarians from the Arab region to develop strategies and action plans to strengthen the oversight and legislative capacity of parliamentarians to curb corruption. For the past twelve years, Ms. Haytayan worked with various stakeholders promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and rule of law in public institutions in the Middle East.

In 2013, she ran for the parliamentary elections for the Armenian Orthodox seat in Beirut, her program focused on oil and gas oversight, parliamentary reform, and women's rights. In 2014, the Arab Women's Council granted her an award for her active role in the field of social responsibility and accountability. In 2015, the Lebanese Green Party granted her an award for her e�orts in strengthening the role of the Lebanese women in politics. Ms. Olfat El-Sabeh A part-time faculty member at Sagesse University since 2014 and the Lebanese American University (LAU) since 2010, Ms. Sabeh holds Master’s degree in Public Law from Sagesse University and a BS in Management from LAU. She earned several awards and certificates of appreciation on her research work that focused on women role in society, the environment, public health and corporate social responsibility from Lebanon, Jordan, UAE, Kuwait and the European Union.Ms. Sabeh was lately granted the Green Mind Award for her work on the environmental project and its e�ect on public health. She is currently an active member of the women’s rights committee, women in front, and a member in one of the prominent civil movements لقــاء الدولــة المدنيــة.

Ms. Sabeh’s dedication to serving the public has led to her recent election by her fellow alumni as a board member of the International School of Choeifat SABIS.

Dr. Rayan Haykal is the Economics and MBA Theses Coordinator at the Faculty of Business Administration and Finance at Sagesse University. He has a Ph.D in Economics from the University of Panthéon-Assas Paris II. He has taught in Université Saint-Joseph of Beirut and Dubai, CNAM, and was a trainer at Bassel Fuleihan Institute of Finance. He has published and contributed to many seminars and conferences on the subjects of economic reforms, marriage contracts and public sector economics.
