ABOUT THE COMPANY
Technotecs Company is a modern multidisciplinary production
and engineering company that participates in projects for oil
and gas facilities construction and reconstruction, from
feasibility study stage to commissioning.

UNIFIED OIL PROCESSING
Unified oil processing units (UOPU) are designed to obtain
commercial product in accordance with GOST R 51858-02
from products of oil and gas fields.
Our solutions allow you to treat any type of oil – from light
and medium to heavy and highly viscous.
UOPU can be provided with automated control systems for
equipment and processes enabling unmanned operation.
If UOPU compact arrangement is required, a multi-layered
layout of process units is possible.
Terms of delivery depend on complexity of UOPU and range
from three to ten months.

Complex gas treatment units (CGTU) are designed for service
with natural and associated petroleum gas. The equipment
allows you to treat the product that meets the requirements
of STO 089-2010 (for further transportation) and GOST 5542-
2014 (for use as fuel).
CGTU can be provided with automated control systems for
equipment and process solutions enabling unmanned
operation.
If CGTU compact arrangement is required, a multi-layered
layout of process units is possible.
Terms of delivery depend on complexity of CGTU and range
from three to ten months.

Cluster packages (CP) enable collection, processing, gas-liquid
mixture amount and parameters measuring, formation water
treatment and injection into absorption wells or its disposal.

MOBILE OIL & GAS TREATMENT SKIDS

FUEL & IMPULSE GAS TREATMENT

PUMP STATIONS
Pump stations manufactured by Technotecs Company are designed to
transport various liquid media in field gathering systems, reservoir
pressure maintenance systems, process plants of various application,
and fire fighting systems.
The stations can be equipped with: pumping units, filtration systems,
piping and cabling, valves, required automation devices, auxiliary
equipment, and life support systems.
The supplied units are provided with automated control systems for
equipment and systems enabling unmanned operation.
Terms of delivery depend on complexity of a pump station and range
from three to six months.

FLARE UNITS
Flare units (FU) are designed to burn emergency, permanent
and periodic gas discharges at various oil & gas and processing
facilities.
FU can be both stationary and mobile.

INTERNALS AND PACKINGS
Technotecs Company offers internals and packings for horizontal
and vertical process units that can significantly improve separation
efficiency of oil and gas mixtures, reduce specific content of metal
in process units of various application, and reduce the number of
equipment maintenance shutdowns.

OIL DESALTING
Oil desalting system offered by our company allows you to increase
significantly removal efficiency of chloride salts from oil both at newly
constructed and existing oil and gas production facilities.
Depending on the characteristics and parameters of fluid, it is possible
to reduce the number of electrical dehydration stages or exclude
electrical dehydrators from the general flowsheet.
Node and mixer design, standard sizes of injectors for fresh water feed,
as well as used auxiliary equipment are selected on the basis of
preliminary studies conducted directly with the fluid.

Formation water purification technologies offered by our company
allow to fully meet the process and environmental requirements
during oil reservoirs flooding.
Our solutions are based on domestic equipment, reagents and
materials ensuring capital and operating costs minimization, re-
equipment of existing units.
Fine water purification skids manufactured by our company can be
provided with automated control systems for equipment and
process solutions enabling unmanned operation.

MODIFIED END TUBE PHASE SPLITTER
Modified end tube phase splitter is intended for preliminary
dehydration of oil to obtain water content up to 5 %.
Modified lower end part allows for removal of accumulated sludge
in automated mode without process interruption.
Also modified end tube phase splitter can be equipped with
formation water post-treatment skid so that the content of oil and
oil products is less than 5 mg/dm3.
Modified end tube phase splitter can be provided with automated
control systems for equipment and processes enabling unmanned
operation.
