Pour a teaspoon of oil into each section of a silicone ice cube tray/chocolate mold. Add a drop of peppermint oil. Let it solidify, turn out the sections and store them in a glass jar in the bathroom. Simply take one out each morning and start oil pulling. How to Oil Pull • Take between a teaspoon and tablespoon of organic cold pressed coconut oil in your mouth. Let it melt. • Swill it around your mouth, pushing and pulling it through the teeth. There is no need for continuous action as this can make your cheeks ache. Do this for between 10 and 20 minutes. A good time to do this is in the shower. • Once finished spit the oil into a tissue and dispose in the bin. Do not spit it into the sink, as it may solidify and clog the drain. Do not swallow. • Then you can rinse your mouth with a little salt water before cleaning your teeth. • Do this 2 to 3 times a week or daily if you prefer. Oil Pulling
