Line HeatersInclusive Energy’s line heaters are suitable for a wide variety of sweet or sour production and processing applications. Inclusive Energy’s line heaters can meet any size or heat requirement and are manufactured in accordance with ASME standards.

Heating capacity range from 500,000 BTU/hr to 4,000,000 BTU/hr

Multiple reheat coil configuration: 2500, 1500, 900, 600, 300, 150 ANSI

Sweet or sour service process coil CSA B149.3 compliant burner and burner management system available

Heating coil fabricated to CSA B51 Insulated with 1-1/2 mineral wool insulation with aluminum outer cladding

Fire tube and stack sized as per API12K

Instrumentation enclosed in controls box

Preheat coil Unit is skid mounted with wide flange skid

Includes expansion tank, 12 removable U-tube fire tube and stack

Heater is packaged in accordance with ASME Section VIII / B31.3
