Town of Green Valley town hall, 879 Ancestor Lane, Mosinee, WI 54455 Gardens are at the entrance of the town hall and consist of perennials, which are planted for continuous bloom

though out the season. Plantings includes tulips, day lilies, sedum, and rudbeckia and a flowering crab tree.

Historic Point Basse, Wakley Inn, County Z, Nekoosa, WI The garden represents a quilt block. It is 12’ X 12’ and is a raised bed made of cedar with recycled garden materials.

Every year the flower design is different and a sewn quilt is made to resemble the garden block. There are other

gardens on the site.

Pittsville Historical Museum Gardens, 8256 Monroe St. Pittsville, WI

The gardens were created to enhance the museum. The wild flower garden surrounds Scranton School, which was

relocated to the site in 2009. An oval garden located in the center of the picnic area is planted with various types of

sedum in overturned pails. There are other gardens on the grounds.

Sensory Garden at Edgewater Haven Nursing Home, 3151 Wisconsin River Drive, Port Edwards, WI

This Sensory Garden cheerily welcomes you to the main entrance of the facility. You may hear grasses whispering in

the wind, enjoy the smell of herbs and flowers that fill the air or view the explosion of colors and textures—like the

fuzzy lambs ear or sharp cactus spine. In season, you may even taste a strawberry or blueberry.

Rudolph Main Street Planters and Welcome Signs, Hwy C and St Hwy 34/13 Seven planters filled with flowers and grasses begin at Dairy State Cheese, and alternate on each side of Main Street,

ending in the downtown area. The two welcome sign planters are on the south and north boundaries of the village on

St Hwy 34/13.
