ART GUIDE LINES FOR ADSIf submitting Camera Ready Art, please follow exactly the ad measurements for your ad size and the guidelines below.

Artwork may be returned for adjustments if they are not correct, which could lead to delays.

Digital artwork for Okeechobee Pennysaver may be supplied either via E-Mail or burned onto disc.

Preferred Format:

Black/White AD: PDF or EPS vectored files in grayscale color format with embedded fonts are preferred, but TIFF or JPEG files are acceptable.

Color AD: PDF or EPS vectored files in CMYK color format with embedded fonts are preferred, but TIFF or JPEG files are acceptable.

All TIFF or JPEG photo images should be scanned at 300 dpi within 80% of it’s printable size.

Vectored EPS files for logos are preferable format, however TIFF or JPEG files (300 dpi) are acceptable as well.

Other acceptable formats:

Collected MAC or PC InDesign CS3 Files (CS2 or earlier):*All fonts must be enclosed.

*High-resolution 300 dpi images at 100% size, no localrotation or flipping in InDesign.

Photoshop TIFF, EPS or JPG:*Raster images only - must be 300dpi at 100% size*Due to jpeg compression settings, we cannot guaranteequality jpeg reproduction

Illustrator (CS3 or earlier) File Formats:*Vector images only, all fonts converted to paths/outlines.
