The new school incorporates new forms of training such as over speed, plyometrics, resistance, and technique. The top programs incorporate a variety of all 4 and utilize all the right muscle groups. With this type of training and a 100% effort on the athlete's part, there will be significant differences if the athletes speed and agility.
