About us...Incorporated in 1981, C K Enterprises, Inc. ishoused within an 80,000 sq. foot facility, locatedin Central United States, proudly bringing over30 years of service to the specialty chemicalbusiness. Our expertise is in manufacturing andsupplying specialized, industry specic chemicalproducts for Car Care, Manufacturing, Transportationand Food Processing Sanitation industries.

Our advanced Powder Department producesapproximately 100,000 lbs. weekly. By utilizing ourmodern ribbon blenders, we are able to packagecontainer sizes ranging from one pound jars on upto oversized super sacks.

Our Liquid Department provides multiple blending

options, and is capable of producing over 20,000gallons daily. We apply State of the Art, computercontrolled systems to our seven large blendingtanks that rest on specialized scales, and utilize twohigh shear / high speed blenders. Additionally, ourLiquid Department contains one stainless steeljacketed tank capable of sustaining temperaturesup to 160 degrees.

Our Packaging Department consists of three, highspeed, fully automated, computer controlled llinglines. Each line has the capability to automaticallycap, lot number code and label bottles, then tapeand lot number the case boxes. These lines arecapable of lling containers in sizes ranging from4 ounces to 2.5 gallon pails. Weigh lling is alwaysapplied to larger scale jobs from 5 gallons to 330gallon totes. Additionally, our facility has the abilityto directly ll into tanker trucks.

Each department, in conjunction with our staffchemists, go through multiple quality controlchecks on every batch we blend. From testingraw materials upon arrival, to weighing allingredients during manufacturing, you can counton C K Enterprises, Inc. to produce the best,

consistent quality products on the market.

show. Each acid or alkaline function pulls the appropriate Power Blend acid or alkaline

Cleaning compound selection depends uponthe following factors:

SOLUTION TEMPERATURE IS IMPORTANT!

Heat breaks up fat and grease, and assists inits removal. An increase in temperature by18 degrees fahrenheit will double the activityof the chemical.

Note: Excessive temperatures can causecleaning problems.

Example: emperature above thedenaturalization point will increase theadhesion of the protein to the surface fasterthan the cleaning efficiency is increased.
