aware that the flu and other illnesses are going around and we hope
that everyone is healthy soon. At the same time, it is very important
that students work hard to keep up with course work and be at
school every possible moment. Please communicate with teachers

successful Spring.
Have a great weekend.

Class of 2021 Montgomery County Next Generation Leadership Program Applications for the Class of 2021 Montgomery County Next Generation Leadership Program were sent out through Naviance on January 16th. Student interested in apply-ing to this program will need to complete the online application, upload a resume and unofficial transcript, and have a teacher complete and email their recommendation form all by March 6th. This is a competitive program, not all students that apply will be chosen. This is a great program where rising seniors (you will participate in this your senior year) meet with other students from Montgomery County in sessions with leaders from across many aspects (medical, government, development, etc) of our county. Former students have made great contacts during this program and learned more about leadership through their participation. More information as well as the application can be obtained at: https://www.efta-us.org/next-generation-leadership.html
Next Generation Leadership Education for Tomorrow Alliance is proud to partner with the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Com-merce to offer the Next Generation Leadership program to 12th grade students in the Chamber service area. The program is intended to provide promising students with the opportunity to learn about leader-ship at work in Montgomery County and to cultivate individual leadership skills through interactions ...www.efta-us.org

Tardy Policy
Students are expected to be in their
assigned classrooms when the tardy
bell rings. Each student is allowed
six tardies per semester, and each of
those six tardies is a warning. The
purpose of the warnings is to help
students deal with mishaps in the
hall, bad weather, heavy traffic, etc.
When a student exceeds six tardies,
the student will begin receiving
consequences from their Assistant
Principal. Tardies will start over
after each semester. Students seen
intentionally being tardy may have
all tardy privileges revoked and
consequences elevated. Students
who drive to school may have
additional consequences including
suspension of parking and/or loss of
parking privileges.
LUNCH DROP-OFF POLICY:
Safety is the upmost importance for
our students. For the safety of our
students, all lunches brought in to
school for your student will need to
be signed in at the front office.
Lunches will be taken to the AP
office for the students to pick-up.
There will be NO food deliveries
accepted by any outside vendor.
Our students know that the AP
office is the location to pick up
items. Thank you for your help and
cooperation.
