CHARACTERISTICS

Vivizol reactive dyestuffs are suitable to the various cellulosic fiber dyeing. These dyes have high fastness and excellent dyeing property for the quality and productivity of dyed fabric.

1. Different bifunctional type

a) It has two different reactive group on dye, which have mono-chloro-triazine group and vinlysulfone group. b) Different bifunctional type has excellent alkaline stability and bright color shade.

c) It is applicable to exhaustion dyeing, cold pad batch (CPB)

2. Vinylsulfone type

a) Applicable to a wide range of dyeing methods. (Exhaustion, Printing, Cold Pad Batch and Continuos Dyeing)

b) It has various colors that make easily customer's required color.

c) Fast color matching due to wide range of colors excellent washing-off property.

d) High fastness due to stability in the chemical bond with fiber.

e) The dyeing temperature of this type is low, so it saves energy comparing with other types.

3. Polyfunctional Dyes

• Three different reactive group on dye, which have mono chloro-triazone group and vinyl sulfone.

• Increased build up properties compared to conventional bi-fuctional dyes.

• It is possible to make much deeper shades with a reduced amount of dye.

• They have excellent fastness properties.

4. FSL Dyes

• Modified fluorine based bifunctional dyes.

• High light, perspirated light and oxidative bleaching fastness.

• Excellent compatibility• Good reproducibility• High degree of fixation and enviromental

friendly.

RAPEKO DYES

b. BIOKILL NEW - Enzymatic Antiperoxide

• After bleaching, cool the bath to 60 - 70 0C, rinse by over flowing cold water. Fill the water at 60 0C and add acetic acid to drop the ph to 6 - 7. Run 15 min to neutralize NaOH. Drain the bath.

• In the second bath, adjust pH = 6 - 7 and after neutralization add BIOKILL NEW enzyme and run 20 min, check the peroxide termination and continue normal dyeing procedure.

Temperature, 45 - 55 0C Time 20 min. BIOKILL NEW 0,2 - 0,15 %
