Students will not attend Friday,
March 17th as this is a
Teacher Work Day.
Report Cards March 27th
On Saturday, March 11th from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. we will
have a rabies vaccination drive thru clinic. The drive thru will
be held under the awning similar to carline on the bus side lot. You won’t even have
to get out of your car. The rabies vaccination is only $10 and for distemper/parvo an additional $15. Microchip is
$35. Cash or credit/debit cards only. Contact 633-7387 with questions. A portion of the
proceeds will go to the Mobile County Animal Shelter and Semmes Middle School. In
addition, our Band Program will be selling snacks. Please
share with friends.

to SMS for a presentation and tour
of our school. Parents are invited
to attend as well for their own
overview and tour. Lots of great
information will be given.

gym. Parents of students who will be attending SMS as a 6th grader OR
students who will be new to SMS next school year will have a tour and
presentation. Each day coincides with the elementary school visits. You
may join us the day that best fits your schedule or the day your child
visits. Please let friends and neighbors know about this opportunity.

students to implement the program.
It is focused on long-term changes that
create a safe and positive school
climate. The goal is to reduce and
prevent bullying problems among
students and improve peer relations.

Guidelines Any competitive foods, fast foods and
carbonated beverages must be in plain
packaging to be taken into the cafeter ia
according to the MCPSS Wellness Plan.
Please do not bring or send foods to
school that are in fast food wrappers or
sodas in original containers as students
will not be allowed to have those items
in the cafeteria. In addition, students are
not to bring beverages in glass bottles.
