GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS We offer a variety of luxury accommodations to fit the needs and preferences of your guests. The resort features guestrooms, suites and multi-bedroom villas offering views of the ocean, golf course and lush landscape. We also offer homes with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining.

A Minimum of 10 rooms per night is required for a discounted room block. The group will be responsible for 90% of the daily contracted rooms at the time of the contract. During peak season a three night minimum may be required over weekends. Reservation cut-off date 45 days prior to arrival.

RESERVED BEACH AREA Join us on our sandy beach, located along the Atlantic Ocean. We offer a variety of options to accommodate

small or large groups and ways to pamper your VIPs. Groups can also reserve beach games, surf boards, stand-up

paddleboards or a volleyball court. Some items may only be available in season, March- September.

WEDDING BEACH FIRE Relax on a moonlit beach with a mesmerizing beach fire. With marshmallows for roasting and the sound of

breaking waves, your group will enjoy an informal evening on the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a

must have enhancement to any beach dinner event! Only available November-April due to turtle nesting season.

GAME RENTALS

Giant four-in-a-row, jumbo jenga, supersized chess and checkers, corn hole, bocce ball, horseshoes, washer toss,

ladder golf and tiki toss.

ISLAND HOPPER RENTALS Ask about our private island hopper rentals, a fun way for your wedding party guests to travel around property.

SUNSET KAYAK Our knowledgeable naturalists will guide you through a tidal salt marsh and point out wildlife and landmarks

on your journey to the Intracoastal Waterway. Geared towards both beginners and experts, paddle and safety

instruction is provided for all participants. For large tours, launches will be staggered and will require use of single

and tandem kayaks. Bottled water included for all guests.

WEDDING PARTY SEGWAY ™ Explore the resort by Segway™ and experience the resort’s natural surroundings as you zip through the bends and

curves on trails throughout the property. After a full orientation and training session, guests will choose between

the scenic Intracoastal Waterway sights or views of the Atlantic Ocean based on ability. Bottled water included for

all guests.

HOTEL GUIDELINES E V E N T O R D E R S You will be asked to sign event orders confirming menus and other details for each of your events prior to the

event start date. A final count is required ten working days prior to your function by no later than 12:00PM EST.

If count is not received, the expected number indicated on the banquet event order becomes the guarantee.

If attendance falls below the guarantee, the client will be responsible for the number guaranteed. O U T S I D E F O O D A N D B E V E R AG E Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverage, including wedding cake, to be

served on the resort property must be supplied and prepared by the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cease
