what we do Omni-channel Retail Centre BACKGROUND The Omni-channel Retail Centre (OCRC) is part of the School of Business Management’s Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP). The centre offers a unique pedagogy which equips students with key skills relevant to the needs of the retail industry. Students learn to operate in different retail formats from brick and mortar stores to online platforms. The centre also actively engages SMEs by assisting them in the online platform and managing their social media. The centre comprises an offline and online lifestyle store, D’Studio, a convenience store, Cheers, and an e-commerce specialist lab. Students learn end-to-end omni-channel retail business process, data and video analytics -- skills which are critical in riding the e-commerce wave. Omni-channel Retail Centre

BACKGROUND

The Omni-channel Retail Centre (OCRC) is part of the School of Business Management’s Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP).

The centre offers a unique pedagogy which equips students with key skills relevant to the needs of the retail industry. Students learn to operate in different retail formats from brick and mortar stores to online platforms.
