Disruptive Technology or Innovation or Advancement in technologies that will transform life, business, and the global economy, is taken seriously by business ventures and professionals. A disruptive technology, which refers innovations in the field of business administration, is one that displaces an established methods or technology and shakes up the industry or a ground-breaking product that creates a completely new industry, market and value network. The industries are going to change the way they operate. GPS, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Digital HRM and Crypto currency are some of the examples. The conference will provide an opportunity to connect, exchange and network with global and local experts as well as industry leaders on disruptive technologies and innovations.

Selected papers will be published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN No. (Hard-Copy). Shortlisted papers

6675 (Online) listed in UGC Approved Journals and J-Gate.
All the accepted papers will be presented in the Conference. The corporate/academicians/research scholars can present their papers through a power-point presentation and the students can do the same through poster presentation. The formats would be shared, once the paper is accepted.

The review committee will review the abstract and paper. Only those abstract along with full research paper approved by the review committee will be selected for presentation in Conference. One copy of the abstract along with full research paper in Microsoft Word should reach to the conveners of the conference by February 25, 2018. Guidelines for Abstract
Abstracts must include a clear indication of the purpose of research, research methodology, major results, implications, and key references. The author(s) should clearly mention under what area of interest of the conference the abstract is to be included. They should adhere to the following: Length: 200 words excluding title/cover page and references Font: Times New Roman Font Size: 12 points Spacing: 1.5 Title page: Title, author(s), affiliation(s), contact details.
Guidelines for Paper
The electronic version of the paper must include a clear indication of the purpose of research, objectives, research methodology, major results, implications, and key references. They should adhere to the following: 1. One electronic version of the manuscript in MS Word format should be submitted via E-mail to the conveners of
the conference at 2. Manuscript should be of 2500-4000 words approximately, excluding tables, graphs & charts.3. All text should be in 1.5 space with 1-inch margins on all the sides on A4 size paper using the Font Times New
Roman of size 12.4. The first page of the manuscript should have the title of the paper, name of the author(s), organizational affiliation,
complete mailing address, phone number, fax number and E- mail address. Please do not indicate author name, affiliation, or any other such information in the manuscript elsewhere.
5. Second page of manuscript should have the abstract of 200 words.6. All tables, charts, and graphs should be placed on appropriate place, and numbered continuously in Arabic
numerical as referred to in the text. The sources, wherever necessary, should be mentioned at the bottom.7. Last page of the manuscript must have a brief autobiographical sketch of the author(s), about 100 words.8. References should be arranged in alphabetical order and as per the APA (American Psychological Association)
Guidelines.

The Places that can be visited during the visit of Delhi (The Akshardham Temple, The Lotus Temple, The Red Fort, The Qutub Minar, The India Gate among many others ), Agra (The Taj Mahal (the medieval wonder) , The Red Fort, The Fatehpur Sikri, Agra is also famous for the 'leather work'), Mathura (The city of temples-Birth place of Lord Krishna), Jaipur (The pink city of India).

Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. The Agra fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Fatehpur Sikri is a small city in northern India, just west of Agra, founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. Red sandstone buildings cluster at its center. Buland Darwaza gate is the entrance to Jama Masjid mosque. Nearby is the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti. Diwan-E-Khas hall has a carved central pillar. Jodha Bais Palace is a mix of Hindu and Mughal styles, next to the 5-story Panch Mahal that overlooks the site.
The Lotus Temple, located in Delhi, India, is a Bahá'í House of Worship that was dedicated in December 1986, having been completed for a total cost $10 million. It serves as the Mother Temple of the Indian subcontinent.
The Delhi Gate is an entrance to the Red Fort in Delhi and is on the Fort's southern wall. The gate received its name from the Fort's city. The primary gate is the Lahori Gate, which is very similar in appearance.
Qutub Minar is a minaret that forms part of the Qutb complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Mehrauli area of Delhi, India.
The India Gate, is a war memorial located astride the Rajpath, on the eastern edge of the ‘ceremonial axis’ of New Delhi, India, formerly called Kingsway.
The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
