Established in 1978 as a family-run business, the winery has grown rapidly and steadily with the goal of “absolute quality, from cluster to glass”, reaching the current condition of an international reality with more than

Situated at the east entrance of the famous ‘Gole dei tre monti’ (“Three Mounts Gorges”), this zone has always been notorious for the particular climate of its soil, with the constant presence of the wind and the extreme change in temperature between night and day.
Apart from the well-known Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, their production includes an autochthon grape called “Moscatello” whose plantation started in this area in the 17th century. The vine is a unique clone, which originally produced a small number of grapes. The visit includes a tasting of 3 wines and some appetizers. Lunch will be served in a nearby small family run restaurant in the little picturesque village of Castiglione a Casauria.
