Many are grassroots organizations with lots of young, ambitious, talented and creative people working within these companies/organizations! You must look for one that really touches you on many levels...one that you are passionate about and has a mission and vision that you believe in. I am sure that if you are able to find a match you will not be disappointed and may be able to make a huge impact with the organization and the people they serve!”
