ONE EDGEWOOD. ONE COMMUNITY.
November Network Night Recap
November 18th Network Night was led by residents Ranell Davis, Antonette Gaskins-James,
Lesia Alleyne and Pam Thornton. Ranell cooked delicious barbeque turkey wings and
meatballs, macaroni and cheese, broccoli and banana cream pudding.
Personal requests and offers were made during Mini Marketplace. Requests included:
getting help to transfer files to a thumb drive; asking for volunteers to help with a Winter
Wonderland event; and help organizing an auction to help people who are evicted. An-
nouncements included: a Mobile Farmer’s Market on Mondays from 2-5 at the traffic circle;
a food drive at 1100 Florida Ave; a mood food workshop as part of the health and wellness
circle; and Gnoleba’s Youth Dance performance on Saturday November 22.
In the Table Talks, residents discussed details of the Winter Wonderland (join the planning
meeting on Nov 20th at 6pm in 611 Community Room), the HELP Auction, and a radio pro-
gram for Edgewood residents.
