Imagine a church that displays faith, hope,

and love in such a way that the National

Capital Region will see who Jesus is – a

church filled with authentic people, living

authentic lives in such a way that they

actively lead others to Jesus, while meeting

the needs of the community, as God

display the abundant life that Jesus

promised that non-believing and

unchurched people are drawn to experience

Jesus personally.

Imagine a church where people know they

are accepted, loved and supported – a

church where people share their lives with

each other and pray for each other. A

church that encourages each other to be all

that God wants us to be.


Imagine a church where people own their

Christ-given identities. Imagine a church

where people are taught in the ways of God,

experience the presence and direction of

God, and live out the commands of God in

all of life. Imagine a church where people

grow spiritually because they are exercising

their faith by actions regularly.


Imagine a church where prayer is as natural

as breathing, and where we discern the

leadership of the Holy Spirit together – a

church where people humbly follow

wherever God leads. Imagine a church that

exists to benefit those who have yet to

choose to follow Jesus.
