One Mayfair

S ituated at 1 Broadcast Drive, Kowloon T o n g , O n e M a y f a i r c o m p r i s e s 120 residential units with mostly

4-bedroom apartments. Developed by the Sino Group, the units are lavishly decorated with a ceiling height of 3.5 meters. Externally, the building is clad by quality natural stone imported from Europe.

apartments and each unit has a GFA of approximately 2,000 square feet. Units in Tower 2 and 3 have dining rooms of 460 square feet each and are connected to large balconies of approximately 100 square feet each, which is a rare feature by local standard.

Located at 100 Castle Peak Road, Perfetto comprises two residential tower blocks with a sea view of

Castle Peak Bay.There are 4 units of penthouse which

occupy the top two floors of the towers with unit size of approximately 1,883 square feet plus roof top areas ranging from 939 square feet to 1,161 square feet per unit. With connected units, a total area of approximately 3,700 square feet is available.

A special feature of the penthouse unit is the roof top glass house which meticulously designed to provide seamless connection of the upper and lower level of the unit. Natural day light is penetrated into the interior to reflect the changing time and seasons.

The two towers are of 21-storey high. A total of 82 units are provided with 3-bedroom apartments and balconies. The project was completed in 2008.

Peak House

S i t ua t ed i n Sha t i n , Peak House comprises 13 luxury houses with three configurations. With unit sizes

ranging from 3,752 square feet to 4,815 square feet, 4 and 5-bedroom units are available. Each 3-level unit has private garden with sizes ranging from 1,800

square feet to 4,000 square feet. Most of the units are equipped with heated swimming pools. The development is also connected to Route 8 by a new road constructed by the developer. The project was completed and available for occupation.

Located at 28 Ming Yuen West Street, North Point, Mount East is a single residential tower block with 74 units. Standard units have unit sizes ranging from

718 square feet to 1,025 square feet. 2-to-4 bedroom units are available. Two penthouse units are available at the top floors with access to the roof area. A residence club house with 50-meter outdoor swimming pool, function rooms, gym and other leisure facilities are provided. The project was completed in mid-2011.
