THE OPPORTUNITYThe Vision Real Estate Investment team took possession of One Michigan Avenue in Lansing in March 2017. The building needed an interior renovation to match its exterior stateliness. Vision engaged Concept Design Group out of Grand Rapids to help outfit many of the building’s common areas. Orion Construction assisted with buildout.

THE RESULT

The property’s renovation began in October/November 2017 and was completed by March 2018. Significant improvements were made to the building’s lobby area. New tile was laid, elevators were updated, and a large bulkhead was demolished to make a more opening, welcoming area. The fourth floor lobby and common areas were also rehabbed.

This is a statement building in downtown Lansing, and our team is incredibly proud to have been involved in its transformation. A newly-renovated One Michigan Avenue will allow us to engage and serve a variety of

tenants and rise to a true Class A standard.
