OneNote  and  Citrix  on  the  iPad              Using  the  Citrix  Receiver  iPad  app,  access  and  edit  OneNote  documents.

Launch  the  Citrix  Receiver    Locate  the  Citrix  Receiver  app  on  your  iPad.    Tap  to  open.        If  you  do  not  have  Citrix  Receiver  set  up  to  connect  to  Blue  Valley,  contact  the  Help  Desk  for  set  up  directions.  

Open  OneNote  Document  from  Email    To  access  the  link  from  your  email,  open  Outlook  from  the  Citrix  app.  Click  Office  2010  from  the  left  sidebar  of  the  Citrix  app.        Choose  Microsoft  Outlook  2010.    It  may  take  a  few  moments  for  your  email  to  appear.

OneNote  and  Citrix  on  the  iPad            Locate  the  email  with  the  OneNote  link.              Press  on  the  link  to  launch  OneNote  within  the  Citrix  app.    If  a  toolbar  appears  instead  of  launching  OneNote,  choose  Open  Hyperlink.    The  document  should  appear  in  OneNote  after  a  few  moments.    

Open  Microsoft  OneNote    From  the  left  sidebar,  choose  Office  2010.    Options  will  appear  including  OneNote.        Press  OneNote  to  open.    It  may  take  a  few  moments  for  OneNote  to  open.                    Similar  to  using  OneNote  on  your  computer,  access  the  toolbar  to  navigate  OneNote.                  For  assistance  using  OneNote’s  features,  view  the  OneNote  Guide.

OneNote  and  Citrix  on  the  iPad          Citrix  Toolbar  with  OneNote    Within  OneNote,  you  can  access  a  toolbar  to  edit  the  document.    Press  the  arrow  at  the  top  of  the  screen.    A  toolbar  will  appear.          

Home:    Return  to  the  main  Citrix  screen.    Press  the    to  open  options.    Pair:    Connect  your  wireless  keyboard.    Arrow  Keys:    A  toolbar  appears  with  arrow  to  navigate  the  site.    When  selected,  the  options  appears  blue.    It  will  remain  on  until  you  press  Arrow  Keys  in  the  toolbar  again.    Keyboard:    The  iPad  keyboard  will  launch.    It  will  remain  on  until  you  press  Keyboard  again  in  the  toolbar.    Pointer:    Utilize  the  cursor  similar  to  your  computer  cursor.    Magnifier:    Magnify  the  text  in  the  document.    Gestures:    Learn  more  about  the  gestures  for  using  the  Citrix  app.    Switch:    Change  to  another  open  app.
