Monkey D Luffy

Monkey D Luffy Also known as “Straw Hat” is a pirate ,and the main character of the Anime. He is the son of the Revolutionary Army Monkey D Dragon and the grandson of the famed Marine Monkey D Garp. He is the Foster Son of the Mountain Bandit “Curly Dadan” ,and the adopted brother to “Fire Fist” Portgas D. Ace and the Revolutionary Sabo. His life long dream is to become The Pirate King by finding the legendary Treasure left behind by the previous pirate king Gol D. Roger. Luffy believes that being Pirate King means having the most freedom in the world. Luffy at a young age ate the Gomu Gomu fruit which makes him like a rubber man.Luffy is very Childish ,but will do anything to help out his Nakama even if it means he will die.

Roronoa ZoroRoronoa Zoro also known as “Pirate Hunter Zoro” was a former bounty hunter and is now a Pirate for the Straw Hat Crew. Zoro was the first character to join The Straw hats and is known as the second deadliest next to Luffy. He is a Master Swordsman and his dream is to become the greatest Swordsman in the world. Zoro was named as one of “The Eleven Supernovas”, the eleven rookie pirates that reached the Red Line with a

bounty of over 100,000,000 beli. His newest bounty is 120,ooo,ooo beli.

NamiNami or “Cat Burglar” Nami is the Navigator for the Straw Hat Pirates. She was the second crew member to join the Straw Hats. Nami betrayed the Straw Hats during the Baratie Arc ,but she rejoined at the end of Arlong Park Arc After her past and true intentions were revealed. Nami’s bounty is 16,000,000 beli

UsoppUsopp is the sniper of the Straw hats ,and he was the former Captain of the Usopp Pirates. When you first meet Usopp he is labeled as a “Liar” in the Straw hats from the “Uso” in his name meaning “Lie” or “Falsehood”. Usopp grew up in Syrup Village ,and was first mentioned by his father Yasopp . He was the third member to join the Straw Hats. Usopp’s Bounty is 30,000,000 Beli which is credited to his Alter-ego “Sogeking”. Usopp is also considered one of the weakest members of the weak “trio” along with Nami ,and Chopper.

SanjiSanji or “Black leg” Sanji is a pirate and the chef for the Straw hats. He is the Fourth member to join the Straw hats at the end of the Baratie Arc. Sanji was born in the North Blue so he is the first member to not be born in the East blue. He is one of the members in the Monster Trio including Luffy and Zoro. His dream is to find the rumored All Blue which is where North Blue, West Blue , East Blue and South Blue all meet along with their wildlife, a chef’s Paradise. Sanji’s Bounty is 77,000,000 Beli.

Tony Tony Chopper Tony Tony Chopper is the doctor of the Straw Hats. Chopper is a reindeer then he ate the Devil Fruit called Hito Hito No Mi. He came from Drum Island which makes him the only member to be born in the Grand Line. Chopper was the Fifth member to join the Straw Hats, as well as being the youngest member on board. Choppers bounty is 50 Beli due to being mistaken for the crew’s pet.

Nico Robin

Robin is the Archaeologist of the Straw hats. She was introduced as the vice president Baroque Works she was known as “Miss All Sunday” before she joined the group. Robin is the sixth member to join the Straw hats and like Nami and Usopp is the second to rejoin doing so near the end of the Enies Lobby Arc. Robin was the first member to once be the Antagonist. Robin ate the Hana Hana no Mi during the Post-War arc, she became involved with the Revolutionaries for two years. Her dream is to find the Rio Poneglyph which tells the true history. Robin’s Bounty is currently 80,000,000 Beli.

FrankyFranky is the Shipwright of the Straw hats. Franky is a 36 year old Cyborg from Water 7 and was introduced as the leader of the Franky Family who are a group of ship dismantlers . Franky real name is “Cutty Flam” until he threw away his real name and changed it to his nickname from the request of Iceburg to hide his identity. Franky and his group were introduced as the antagonists of the Water 7 Arc against the Straw Hats until circumstances forced them to become Allies. From the request of the Franky Family , Franky was allowed to join the Straw Hats to fulfil his dream of creating and riding a ship capable of circumnavigating the world , the Thousand Sunny. Franky is the seventh member to join the Straw Hats he is also the second member to have been a former antagonist to the straw hats (The first being Robin). Franky’s bounty is 44,000,000 beli . He is also originally from South Blue which he left 32 years ago as a kid of four years of age.

Brook

Brook is the Musician of the Straw Hats. Brook is a skeleton that the Straw Hats found on board a ghost ship after drifiting into the Florian Triangle. Brook is a Devil Fruit user who ate the Yomi Yomi no Mi and became undead, having been brought back into a pseudo-immortal state because of his powers. He is the Eighth member to join the Straw Hats. He is also one of the two swordsmen on boared their current ship, with the other being Roronoa Zoro. Brook fills the role of the long-awaited musician that luffy had wanted for his crew ever sense he began his journey. Brooks current Bounty is 33,000,000 Beli.

Going Merry The going merry was the Straw Hat’s first ship that they used as their mod of transportation through the East Blue all the way to Water 7, where it was succeeded by the Thousand Sunny. It is a caravel class ship and was designed by Merry and given by Kaya to the Straw Hats as a reward for saving her. Over time, the ship came to be loved by the crew as a home and as a friend, so much that she literally took on a life of her own and become just as much as part of the crew as any other. Sadly , the going merry took an inordinate amount of damage during her “Lifetime”, being blown up, impaled, and even sliced up multiple times, eventually, the going merry could no longer continue and received a Viking Funeral.

Thousand SunnyThe Thousand Sunny is the second and current ship of the Straw Hat Pirates, built after the Going Merry was destroyed .The Thousand Sunny is a Brig Sloop type shit designed and built by Franky with a little help from Iceburg and the remaining Galley-La formen. Built from Adam wood , the Thousand Sunny is a magnificent ship that is at least double the size of the Going Merry. The Thousand Sunny’s features include practically all of the various requests the Straw Hats had before arriving in Water 7.
