We have the latest CNC machinery backedwith conventional toolroom, inspection and polishing facilities.We have a highly experienced and technically qualified team ofdesigners and mould makers of more than 20 years ofexperience in the line of tool room and plastic injectionmoulding and press tools.

Our Design Department has highly skilled Engineers from

CIPET and B Tech (mech). They are trained on advanced

CAD CAM Tools like NX /Mould Wizard/ Visi CAD/CAM and

ZW CAD. We follow strict guidelines to keep customer data

confidential

We have an inhouse facility for Injection Mould trials andcustom Moulding for Automobile, Electrical/ElectronicsHome Appliances and others.We have the latest closed-loop Injection Mouldingmachinery from Ferromatic Milacron and Electronica, withthe capacity ranging from 100 tonnes to 300 tonnes.These machines are backed with all ancillary equipment likeMould temperature controller, HRTC, Preheating, Annelingand Pad Printing facilities.

We have an inhouse facility for Sheet Metal tool trials and Production.We have stamping machines with a capacity ranging from 10 tonnes to 100 tonnes.

Quality and Accurate inspection is the utmost requirement of the customer and We at Arihant Moulds and Dies to ensure that we deliver the as per our customer requirement. We can inspect all kind of components with the instruments which are capable to measure up to 1 micron.

We have a Profile Projector with magnifications 10X, Surface Plates, Height Gauges, Slip Gauges/ PinGauges, Hardness testors, verniers, Micrometers and Bore Gauges. Each and every equipment is regularlycalibrated from NABL certified agency. Our quality engineers are well trained to operate all thesesophisticated instruments and thus help us to ensure the right quality product development and supply.
